I discovered this place on a whim and now it’s my Go To! I love the staff who are very friendly kind and all ages! Their Merch is the softest and good quality plus they allow dogs!!!!! Plenty of parking and quality flower! Dee serviced me today with an adorable slow motion run!

Anytime I’ve had any issues or questions, John has been ready to answer my questions and is very sincere. He views each customer as an individual and just wants what is best for everyone! Most of the staff are extremely knowledgeable. Kelly has helped me many times and she is so friendly and accommodating when I can’t make decisions! I recently went to Collective for the first time and will definitely be coming back! There was such a great selection and the staff was super helpful, especially Alexis! She was extremely knowledgeable about various strains and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for.

Staff is always excellent at Collective in Billerica. Had a chuckle with the guy who helped me today about the infused condiments on the menu. Fast service, awesome people, and great products as usual.

This place is extremely busy! That bring said the flow of this store is amazing. I also love the artwork on walls is really cool and one thing that most dispos lack NATURAL LIGHTING from the squares above. Feel free to ask the staff about all the brands they carry including Garden Remedies.
