Karim is the owner of the best mechanic local shop in the area. Quick and honest prices. Hes NOT rude, hes just straight to the point old style guy, hes too busy! Dont be too sensitive inside an Auto Shop! :) If you want great customer service, coffee and water go to the Dealer to pay DOUBLE price!!!

Karim is beyond honest, his prices are Beyond reasonable, and he is beyond friendly. They should change their name to “Beyond Your Wildest Dreams.” I can’t say enough about this place, I go out of my way to fill up my gas tank here, I only use Karim for all of my family‘s mechanical needs. Uncle Moe makes my toddler laugh when he fills up the tank. And Karim charges below market rates. My only complaint is that I can’t leave more stars. He deserves 10.

Karim and his guys are the best. We have been going there for years for gas and repairs. Karim and his mechanics are very knowledgeable, perform high quality work and always, always at a fair price. He is very responsive and excels at getting repairs done quickly. And Karim is a great guy too. A service station and owner I enjoy doing business with. Highly recommend.

Had a car radiator leak and went to him on peer recommendations. I was glad I did. His quote was very reasonable. I had to wait a bit but job was done and Karim then gave me some good and useful advice too. He comes across as a honest person and the guys there seemed to be complete professionals. His knowledge and experience are evident when you speak to him!

Moved from Westford in 2021 and the 2 things I miss most are Kimball’s ice cream and the auto service delivered by Karim at the Oak Hill BP gas station. There is not a finer human being operated an auto service business. His motto of “fix what’s broke” means just that. He will call if they discover something else that needs repair and leave the choice to you!

Karim is truly a one of a kind honest car mechanic. I brought my 2007 Honda Odyssey in with an exhaust problem that turned out the be a leak and a problem with the gasket. He was polite, timely, and only charged me $64!!! That is unheard of in this business. Most repair shops will charge you over $100 just to look into the problem. I will not go anywhere else with my car problems.

I drove to Nashua, New Hampshire for a routine grocery run when all my lights on my dashboard started blinking and I had to pulled over off the highway. The car would not start again and I had to get it towed all the way from NH to Westford. AAA initially diagnosed it and it was not a simple battery replacement but rather a problem with the alternator. I'm so relieved to know that I can bring the car to BP and Kareem would fix it reliability and in a timely manner, and reasonably priced. Thanks Kareem!

I know I'm starting to sound like a broken record here but I just wanted to update my experience with car repairs this year. I needed to get my Subaru Imprezza repaired because it was smoking and it was leaking oil at the bottom of the car. Karim took a look at my car and diagnosed that it was a problem with a cracked chain cover caused by an internal motor rupture. He recommended that I get it repaired at a dealership and did not charge me anything for the diagnostic. I really appreciate him be forthright and honest about the nature of the problem. And I was impressed that he didn't charge me extra for the dianostic. As it turned out when I went to the dealership they did in fact find a serious problem with a ruptured part of the motor. Karim is honest, trustworthy and capable mechanic. I would not bring my car anywhere else.

Too bad Google only allows one review. Every time I go to BP, they surpass my expectations. The guys would help me with fixing my car's minor problems at no cost and attend me without making me wait. I feel like I am the owner when I go there. Very talented and customer friendly people work there.

I have been using Kareem for over 5 years for all my cars. I trust him and his workers. They are fast, fair on pricing, and I too can't count the number of time when a small item had me stop and he didn't charge me. Word to the world - they do like a dozen donuts as a thank you, and Dunkin is just down the street. Great place.

Great mechanics. Had some nasty noises coming from engine area. First went to one garage, they claimed they needed to replace struts for a lot of money. Tried another garage, they said needed to replace the cooling system for an equally large amount of money. Turns out both were wrong, it was crankshaft pulley, Karim at BP fixed it same day for a great price. Glad to have found this place!

Taken countless cars to them over the years and always get treated well. Very fair pricing, honest and easy to deal with. I never feel taken advantage of and they will do big or little jobs.

Karim - the owner of Garage/Mechanic is very resourceful knowledgeable and above all helpful ! . He has not even once ever made me feel ripped apart. Even though I have moved far away from Westford I still take my car to him whenever they need servicing/inspection stickers/maintenance and even repairs ! His command over the ABC's of cars and his ingenuity can be gauged by the constant flow of people who come to get their cars repaired/serviced at his Garage.Shall recommend him to any one far or near who dont wanna shell $ at Car Dealerships but want real /genuine craftsmanship/workmanship for their cars ....
