Always an excellent treat! Baked perfectly. Great new menu items, reliable oldies & goodies.

Loved this place. Decent options for vegetarian. The Mediterranean sandwich and tomato soup was amazing. The staff was very accommodating and super friendly.
Caramel latte and salted caramel cookie were also delicious .
Good for family hangout.

They ran out of bread bowls at the location, North Chelmsford. It was an hour before you closed so makes sense. However, Jamil and Alejandro really took great care of us and made sure we had before we left. The customer skills was great. They made an OK visit a great visit. Please recognize them for making great food and giving great service.

Big portions 😁 tasty food. Fire place gives a good vibe and Bryan was really nice 👍 soon we will go back for some more butter squash soap.

Self service order at kiosk was used to order our soup and sabdwich lunch items.
We loved the Autumn Squash Soup and Chicken sandwiches.

Love the you pick two options. Great bread, good sandwiches and salads. Soup in a bread bowl is my kid's favorite. Desserts are also yummy and they make my favorite mango smoothie.

My only beef is with the fact that your online or takeout orders end up in two places. You have to really check your order closely and hunt down the bakery/smoothies separate from the rest of the food before you leave the store.

Business to business cheer - I was at Panera for a quick bite and my watch fell off my wrist. I was nearly home before I realized it but a find my device check showed my watch was somewhere near Panera. I called to ask them not to throw out the ladies room trash because I was worried it dropped there and said I'd be over soon to look Em (Emma? Emily - sorry, I was stressed & don't remember exactly) offered to look herself. This is way above and beyond. We didn't find the watch but her kindness made a stressful day a little easier.

Something was missing from my online order last week and spoke with Tim about it and today Tim delivered exceptional service and making things right. Much appreciated. Highly recommend this location.

I've gotten catering orders from this location twice. Great both times. Timely, packaged well, good food...great all around.

I would recommend getting a self serve kiosk to speed up ordering and for when they get busy and lines are too long

Everything was perfect (as usual). I ordered using the app when I got there, my things where waiting and I was gone faster than I. arrived. What more could you ask for!
