Every member of the staff in this post office has been more professional, proficient, and knowledgeable than those a other offices I have visited.

Avoid the older blonde woman like the plague unless you want your blood to boil. Seems to get pleasure out of not listening to a word you say, offers options you clearly don't need, then continues to screw up your shipment, no matter how simple it is. I refuse to go to her station anymore. I f anyone else is working, I will wait even if I am next up. If she is the only one working, I turn around and leave. Not worth the hassle and frustration. EDIT: EVERYONE else is great.

The service has been great, always. This is my favorite USPS.

This evening, Bill kindly helped me with mailing my tax return. He suggested a friendly and professional way -- went above and beyond. It's like my case was his case. I appreciate his patience with a non-native English speaker and the service was extremely fast. While I was waiting in the line (social distancing-6feet apart, everyone's wearing the mask), the other staffs was also friendly and fast!

I "purchased" as I requested $100 worth of stamps. I heard the scan-in for each sheet and received a for same. When I got home and looked into the offered glassine envelope, only 1/2 of the stamps were there, namely $50 worth. Good luck to me to try to "prove" I didn't get what I paid for.

Update: Went to the PO to see what I could do with the receipt and stamps I had gotten. No problem!! Got the rest of my stamps! Faith in humanity and PO restored!!

Friendliest service ever. Seriously.
I blasted my karma by going there on Dec 31 @ 11-30 am (they close at 1) with 30(!) international packages, all of which needed customs forms and needed to be typed into the system. You'd expect them to hate me, right? But no. The gentleman helping me has done an extraordinary job, getting all of those 30 packages in literally 1 hour. Not only that, but he was actually friendly, smiling, making small talk, and so helpful. I think his name tag said something like Biff. Thank you, sir!

They are very efficient and friendly. I always look forward to needing to come here to do business for my international company. They remember when we send important packages and help us determine cost-effective but swift options. Bill is the best!

This is a wonderful post office to do business in. The customer service is exceptional and such a breath of fresh air after my last location. I like the older building and huge space so I don't have to feel like a sardine or claustrophobic.

This post office has really personable and kind employees. It is always clean and the clientele are also helpful!
