Chris was extremely knowledgeable of the products. He was extremely polite and helpful walking me through the whole process of upgrading to a new IPhone. I would definitely recommend this ATT location.

I’d like to take the opportunity to share about an outstanding interaction I had with Sofia at the AT&T store in Waltham, MA. I was helping my father navigate through getting a new phone (upgrading from a flip phone to an iPhone) and was so fortunate that Sofia “took us under her wing,” so to speak, and expertly guided us through (what could have been) a very complicated process. She was empathic and took the time to understand exactly what my father needed in terms of the technology. She was careful not to overwhelm him (or oversell him), making it a seamless experience for both of us. Sofia was professional, supremely knowledgeable, and an outstanding communicator. In addition, she was efficient, kind, and had a great sense of humor! What a joy! Thank you, Sofia!

My dad and I went to the Waltham AT&T to deal with his ongoing phone issues he's had since February 2022. We were greeted and assisted by Brendan, and this guy totally "understood the assignment." My dad and I immediately felt a great vibe from him; he was confident, knowledgeable, honest, and a pleasure just to chat with during the visit. He was extremely helpful, and explained things in terms we could understand. Excellent experience working with this gentleman.

Miles and Shaina at the Waltham location were extremely helpful. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they did their job with a smile and energy that was contagious. The store was very busy and close to closing time yet they took the time to answer all of our questions and made our experience enjoyable. We left very happy customers.

I dropped my old iPhone, and the home button stopped working. It was clear I needed a new phone that day. Shaina helped me replace my iPhone quickly, explaining all the new features, setting me up with the right accessories, and helping me transfer my data — all while dealing with a half-dozen other issues in the store. The entire time she was friendly and kind to me and everyone who came in for assistance. Thanks Shaina — you're the best!

If you need to go to an AT&T, the Waltham one is the best. Shaina Diazat was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and really works for your best interest. Sometimes visiting a store like this can be an unpredictable experience which is why I wanted to write the review. If you can, go to your girl Shaina!

We received excellent help from Shaina D.. When my son’s phone died it was critical that it be replaced immediately as his school uses the students phones for allowing building and class access. Shaina was very knowledgeable and reviewed all of the pros and cons with us as well as the different price points. She patiently waited as we fumbled for passwords and then expertly updated the new phone, put on a screen protector, and assembled the new case.She definitely turned a panicked moment into a pleasant situation. The service could not have been better and store had a very large selection of phones and accessories.
