I visit this location frequently, and I have always been able to find what I am looking for. Beyond the standard office supplies, computers and other small, useful office appliances, and some furniture, too, their printing department and shipping station shine bright.
Customers are able to return items that are shipped through UPS without having to go to a separate location. The printing department has multiple color copy machines that can also scan and a full array of printing services from posters, banners, and other merchandising items. I was able to get laminating and hole punching done on a project within a couple of hours for same-day pick-up.
All of the sales attendants are friendly, able to point you in the right direction, and make every trip a success. This store is an excellent resource, and I'm happy to have it close by.

Had to return a dud amazon package today Went to Staples on Lexington St in Waltham Theirs an employee named Scott who help me carry in this 80lb package help me get the package back to it seller .. I was absolutely in a tough spot because my client needed some last second changes to multiple documents right before a major meeting. I arrived at this Staples location from out of town in an Uber trusting that they could get it done. Not only did Carey S., the Print & Marketing Production Supervisor, save the day, the whole team stayed after closing long enough to complete the mission. The meeting was flawless the next day due in large part to the grace, professionalism and teamwork afforded me by this Staples team. Thank you so much!!

The Print & Marketing Services center was so helpful! I created my own wedding registry card by using a template in Microsoft word to add with our wedding invitations. When it was time to print I called the Waltham Staples store to help make sure I uploaded the file to send to the store for print correctly. The customer service Rep was so helpful walking me through step-by-step where to go online to place my order and get exactly what I needed. When I picked my order up in store an hour later a different customer service Rep assisted me in getting return label stickers designed and printed within a couple of minutes. Both employees were great to work with. They were very kind, professional, and most importantly they were incredibly helpful! They took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure they got it taken care of for me in a very quick and efficient manner. I will absolutely be coming back to this store for future printing and copying needs!

Great selection of supplies and also easy to find. Good prices on most things (pens in particular are quite expensive, but it is what it is). Cashier was friendly. What you would expect at a Staples, which for me has always been enjoyable.

I had a large-scale, custom copying job I needed done and the Copy Center team at this Staples location did a fantastic job. The finished product looks polished, and they even helped me ship it across the country. I will definitely be coming back here for any complicated printing or copying jobs.

Amurah at the printing center is fantastic! She was enthusiastic and worked really hard with the details of my order. As an artist, I really appreciate someone who cares about the quality of print color and accuracy. Thank you Amurah job well done.

The sales help at the Waltham store is the most helpful of any of the Staples store. A fellow Rami waited on me and I could not believe how kind and respectful he was. I have been a Staples customer for years and I am ever so thankful I selected this one today.

Had everything I needed for my son's school supplies list! 15 cent folders and 50 cent notebooks makes me put money towards other things to prepare him for the upcoming academic year!
