Great experience at the Union NJ Store. Da’Ron was a very knowledgeable salesman and answered all of the questions I asked without hesitation. Great customer service. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to my friends and family. I purchased the Robbinsdale Bedroom collection and am looking forward to receiving it soon.

I went in today to buy a sectional and was assisted by Diondre. We were comfortable and accommodated in every aspect. He was very knowledgeable and friendly to the point that we felt comfortable and also purchased a purple mattress. Everything went smooth and we will be recommending to this store and Diondre to all of our friends and family.

We went in just to look around and came out with a bedroom set. We had the pleasure of meeting Diondre. He is a wonderful salesman, great customer service, patient, very informative, and fun. He knew all there was to know about the product and more. Overall, it was a great experience. Ps: Save that painting for me.

My friend and I were there to find a couch. I walked in and was greeted by Al Hassan. What I liked most is that he didn’t hound me for a sale. When we were ready, he was professional and oh so polite. He made recommendations which we appreciated. If we ever need

I bought a living room set from another Ashley store in a different city and it’s the first furniture that my husband actually loves and the price was great! Came here looking for another set for my our new place and it wasn’t a futile visit!
We met Oyin and she was very knowledgeable and gave us very good tips on finding the right fit!
Will be thinking of Ashley’s again when we get to upgrading our bedroom furniture.

Very attentive service, couldn't get the couch I wanted as it was out of stock. But initially went to an Ashley store in Brooklyn and the difference was night and day. I will return for future purchases.
