Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Cashier was super helpful with what we needed to do for our project. Made it super easy to understand for us non paint experts and helped up really visualize what it would look like. Very patient considering we had no idea what we were doing. We wish we got his name so he could get credit.

Great product and Excellent customer service. The associate's that work at Medford Lakes store are awesome. They have great customer service by always greeting you and thanking you for shopping at their store. They are also very knowledgeable of the products they sell in the store, which is helpful and saves time and less returns back to the store. Thanks really appreciate the employees and extremely happy with the product.

We moved to the Medford area about a year ago and I’ve visited the Sherwin Williams store on Stokes Road twice so far (once earlier today). I was assisted by store manager, Dennis Lupton, on both occasions. I must say this guy really knows his stuff. He went well beyond answering the questions regarding my paint issues. He took the time to respond to each issue I had in detail and although he had a few other customers, he assisted us all and did not rush through anything. I give Dennis 5 Stars for his outstanding customer service and 5 more stars for his product and application knowledge. I highly recommend this store and I will surely be going back!

The store is extremely clean and organized. The differences between the paint types are clearly described. Every time I visit the store I recognize the employee from a previous visit and they remember me. Also they are always helpful but not overbearing.

This store has all the paint and supplies you will need for any painting project. It bought over 10 gallons of specialty paint - and was given notice of an upcoming sale that saved me 40%.
