The guy stocking the shelves was very help with helping me find everything I needed, and the pharmacists in the back have gone out of their way to be helpful and even showed me how to save $ on my prescriptions.

Haven't been there in a couple months, the manager there just does not seem to know anything nor did she want to help anyone. I was looking for an allergy eyedropper which was buy 1 get 1 half off, but they only had 1. I asked if they had any more in the back. Her answer was I don't know, and she seemed fairly annoyed that someone would ask her. The one worker just shook his head and walked away. I will be going to CVS from now on..... shame, the pharmacists at Rite Aid were very nice and helpful. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is cause the pharmacy dept.

One woman at the pharmacy gets excited very easy, I’m not sure if it’s a language barrier or if she means to yell but being new here and trying to find and get all my medication to the same pharmacy has been a headache and anytime I ask a question, it sounds like I’m being screamed at and I have to ask her calm down. Gives me anxiety when it sounds like she’s yelling at me

Most of the employees are nice, especially the cashier during the week but the bathroom is gross very dirty. The manager very unprofessional and verbally abuses her staff and she called one them “r*****ed” in front of customers.i will never shop at rite aid again if this is how management treats their staff it’s absolutely horrid.

The grossest bathroom I have ever been in. Other than that, the young girl in the front is the sweetest.

There was 20 minutes until closing. I was only grabbing one item. woman at register rudely rushed me for no reason. I had to wait on another customers purchase who the woman tried to complain about. Bad customer service. Still left 10 minutes before closing. Was no need to be in such a panic.

About 6 months ago I bought two Tresemme shampoo bottles from this store. I started to use them and the more I did, the more I realized my hair was falling. Then, I noticed that one has been expired since 2012 and the other since 2013. So I went to the store and spoke to the Assistant manager with initials H.K. He asked me if I had a receipt, so I told him there was no point of me keeping receipts for two regular shampoo bottles. I decided to show him how much my hair was falling and he showed no care at all. When I asked for a refund he refused and was very rude towards me. I’m asking for the store manager to reply to this review.

My mother is disabled so I help her with a lot she also lives with me. Her doctor prescribed her a new medication. They told her she has a different insurance since the last time she filled her regular meds. I know this can happen and she may not have realized. No big deal. But when she called to give what insurance she thought she had the male pharmacist was very short with her and told her she had to bring it in. Again being disabled I'm the one to bring it. And as a former pharmacy tech I also know they can take insurance over the phone. I took it and did not fuss. When they told her that was the wrong one I called back and asked if we could purchase a weeks worth while we figure out what the problem is with the insurance. I was told no. Again given my background I know they can do this. When I told her I know this she said well we do not prefer to but I'll ask. She came back and said no the pharmacist will not do a partial fill. So I called Walmart who is transferring the prescription and will do what I asked with no problem. Between them being rude every time to not being willing to help we are done with them. We will be transferring the rest of her meds as well. Also it is NOT a controlled substance so there is no reason they could not have allowed us to fill part of it. Worse part is I used to work for Rite aid and this was a common practice! Unbelievable.
