The store is very cute. Friendly customer service! I love their garden area. There are so many beautiful flowers and plants to choose from. This place is also offering military discounts. I will definitely be coming back. :)

The Spotts family has contributed so much to the local way of life in Medford and surrounding areas for generations now. If you believe in “shop local” you will not be disappointed here! Love this place. Appreciate it even more knowing they have a no firearms policy, which is absolutely their legal right in NJ. Super nice people too.

Great old school hardware store. A little more expensive than the big box stores, but I would rather support a mom and pop shop and I’m sure they would be knowledgeable with any questions I have.

Shop local. Beats the box stores. With True Value out of business, Sports is the only go-to place in Medford.

This is a one stop shop for a lot of my creative needs. From: gardening, landscaping, crafting, painting, and fixing odds and ends; this small town hardware store can get the job done. I have never encountered an employee who was not helpful or couldn't guide me in the right direction. This type of relationship creates a loyal customer base.

Had an issue with a yeti bottle customer service went out of their way to remedy the situation without question.

I rarely go to a hardware store as I am not very knowledgeable in that area and don't feel comfortable. I recently went twice to Spotts Hardware , it was a great experience. The staff was so helpful and friendly which made it an enjoyable experience. Prices were great too!.

One of the best ace hardware’s I’ve been to in a while. Prices weren’t as inflated as other ace hardware’s and the staff were super friendly and helpful!

Dave has been a great help in assisting me in rebuilding my front lawn from scratch. My lawn is moss, weeds and crabgrass I Inherited when I bought my house. The store overall is clean, well stocked & organized..the plants/flowers were Beautiful & Healthy! Every staff member I've encountered there all were friendly & helpful. You can't ask for more than what you get from this place😊

The staff always provides great customer service. I’ve known Wayne, Ginger and Nancy for years and they are very honest people which is terrific especially when you’re spending your money there. They always steer you in the right direction. The store has everything you can imagine. Always well stocked.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! The store is pet friendly and the customers are just as excited to meet your pet.

The inventory in this store is unbelievably large and makes it a great alternative to stores like Lowe's and Home Depot.

Great place. Friendly and helpful staff. Has a nice hardware store and garden nursey. Employees are actually helpful (as opposed to unhelpful in big box stores).

I like this little hardware shop. They have a very large inventory (considering how small the store is) and knowledgeable staff, and their garden center is similarly well equipped with folks waiting and eager to answer any gardening questions you might have. Plus, it's easy to get in to and out of their parking lot!
