Good little store in Medford. Nice selection. Danielle the manager is awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable and can source hard to get items. Staff is also helpful.

Ott's WILL ALWAYS BE MY FIRST CHOICE!!! This is because of the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SAFETY MEASURES DURING COVID-19. Let me tell you, nowhere have I seen a store take such care, concern, and precaution for their customers. They have signs upon entering, gloves for customers upon entering, signs on the ground six feet apart, and all of the employees are wearing masks. OTT'S IS OUTSTANDING!!! During a difficult time, I thank the owner deeply for making it a place where customers, especially immune compromised ones, can feel safe. WE WILL BE BACK SOON!

Good selection of craft beers and some crazy cool new stuff too! Prices decent only gripe is inattentive clearly overworked staff watching TV 24/7.

Done with this place. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I found what I was looking for…after the employee at the counter told me they didn’t have it. The least you can do is make an effort to check. It’s customer service.
