Starbucks

This is one of the nicest Starbucks I have ever been too. I came in because I went to a different Starbucks that messed up my drink so bad it wasn't drinkable and they fixed it for me. I would recommend this Starbucks over any other one.

A quick and convenient Starbucks. The is currently no seating on the inside but you can walk in and order as well as use the drive-thru. There will be decent seating when Covid is over. The baristas are always friendly.

Don't listen to this woman's review. I am a loyal customer of this Starbucks and I remember everything that happened. I work there remotely very frequently. The child came in and indicated she lived much farther away than "900 feet." She had stated she lived close to the Red Lobster which is several miles away. Knowing this information, in addition to the fact she is very young and had no supervision for more than one day when she came in, the employees of this store wanted to ensure she was okay. She even asked one of the managers if they were hiring for 9 year olds. They asked her many questions and took great care to ensure they weren't acting too hastily. It's better to do something than do nothing at all and I commend them for reaching out even though the girl is loved and safe.

THESE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE ARE SO KIND AND SWEET AND WONDERFUL. my card wasn’t working for some reason (i hate my bank) even though i had enough money on it to pay for my order which was around $12, and they had already made my drink and my food so the beautiful amazing gorgeous kind worker covered me and gave me my order for free, and i’m assuming paid for it. i know that was probably annoying, i’ve had to take money out of my tips before for similar reasons and it can be so inconvenient, jobs like these are hard and you deal with customers that suck sometimes so i just want this worker to know that i am so thankful and i am so sorry you had to pay for my order!!!!! you are such a sweet soul, i appreciate you so much. i felt so bad because i didn’t have cash or any other form of payment and i wish i could have at least given a tip, but please know i am so grateful!!!!

Lindsy is the best barista/ shift leader I have ever experienced at any Starbucks, she is courteous, knowledgeable and definitely has the Starbucks philosophy of customer accommodations first. She made me feel good about my visit.

Went in to get a new gift card because the one I had before had been stolen. I had the remaining balance on the Starbucks app to use as a digital gift card, but wanted a physical card. The lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. She was training a gentleman and he was very friendly as well. Seems like there is a great working environment they have there. It's always nice to see all the employers happy when you go into a store.

I always have great experiences here, as this is my local Starbucks! But special shout out to Matt as he provided superior customer service! He went above and beyond in helping me get a gift card and it’s simple gestures like this that make the day better.

The staff are always very professional, organized & a personable, but today two of them really went above & beyond for me, which made all the difference in my day. Just a mom with 3 under 3 trying to get her coffee & the kids cake pops to avoid crying kids, but didn’t have as much cash as I had thought on me & my debit card had been flagged for fraud, without my knowing so it was declined at the window, leaving me a few dollars short. I said I’m so sorry, just take the cake pops or coffee off please, but Maddie & Ginny we’re nice enough to tell me no, it’s not a problem- take them & have a great day. This small little gesture can’t and will not go unnoticed, as I know most wouldn’t have done this for me. Thank you for being awesome Medford Starbucks! You already had my business, but you definitely do even more now!

i was considering leaving a review for a nearby starbucks that is super inconsistent, and it occurred to me i should just leave a positive review for this starbucks!!! i was saying in my other review how i drive to the farther one (here lol) because it is so much more consistent & the baristas have always been super nice :) and the inside is super nice & parking is great :)

Ginny is the store manager, and truly a Class Act. She is extremely friendly, Phenomenal at customer service and remembered my name after only three visits! I will continue to go to this Starbucks above all other Starbucks in the area because of her customer service! thank you :) ♥

Whoever was the drive-thru guy on Nov. 12th around 11am - we want to thank you for the free puppaccino for our beagle pup! She loved it!

Love Starbucks! The tea is always hot and the foods are fresh. A real blessing in this crazy world when you need a tasty break. The barristas and others that work there are wonderful too!

Ambience is good. Friendly staff. Spacious.
I have ordered for a Dragon Drink and it was 4 of 5.

I ordered ahead and had no problems. When I arrived I added another drink (my sister found out I was stopping). Also no problems.

This store is awesome. The staff are pleasant and efficient. My orders have always been correct and delivered in a timely fashion. The layout is great; easy in and out of the store and drive thru and even parking lot.

Great people working at this one! Very quick service even when it's busy.

They sell coffee and snacks here. Also some light breakfast options as well. They let you use the bathroom still in this one. Very glad about the bathroom thing
