Needed 500 copies made within a few days. Luckily Dave from the printing dept. went out of his way ensuring I got best price on good stock paper I needed. Being Sat.; "when it rains it pours" situation , Dave handled pickups, drop-offs and new print orders calmly. Kudos to Dave for taking care of the customers!

Had the best experience here recently. The manager Louis was extremely helpful in helping me find what I needed and when he saw me struggling with holding my items he took some to the front for me while I continued shopping. When I went to checkout I saw Louis training a team member and he was clearly a great coach. Thanks for the great shopping experience!

Staff is really great and helpful! I had to print some games for a bridal shower and even though the printing area was swamped, Dave did an amazing job getting everyone taken care of.

Wanted to have a scan of a property survey and went to Staples because we know they have a large format scanner. We are so impressed with the service from Staples they scanned it and for no charge and we couldn't believe it. Highly recommended for excellent service from Staples. They did it for free.. That's really nice of them because they really don't have to and we are willing to pay.

Anyway, for office or any supplies, we always give our business to Staples. That includes chairs . We need to support the local vendors. There are employees that support their families so for few dollars, give them business.

Thank goodness Vanessa saved the day!! we had an uncomfortable experience with a Staples salesperson earlier in the week pushing very hard for us to purchase extended warrantee on a printer/scanner. he barely cared what printer he recommended and was focused on the warrantee prior to discussing any printers. We did not purchase the warrantee and the Epson printer did not work when we brought it home to set up. he had the nerve to tell me that i should have purchased the warrantee!! i told him "you recommended this printer and it did not work for 1 day so luckily we returned it on day 2.

We went back to Staples and were lucky enough to encounter Vanessa who helped us get a refund, then walked us back and helped us buy a new printer with no pressure, she was so customer focused and really cared. her shift ended while she was helping us and she stayed to complete the work. thanks so much Vanessa, you restored our confidence in Staples.

Staples in Mt. Kisco is my go-to for printing. The print quality is fantastic and the people working in the print and copy center are the best. I've been printing at Staples for over ten years and they always get the job done to perfection. Highly recommend!

Berm Badoglu was the best associate I have ever come across in Staples. He was very attentive and went above and beyond helping me understand what I needed to make my mobile business tech needs work for me.

David at the shipping centre did a fantastic job to help us out when we were in a bind with USPS. He went above and beyond and did a great job.

Edwin Quijada is the most helpful employee at Staples. He always goes the extra mile with helping out! If you ever go make sure you get help from Edwin!

If you have to print for any occasion be sure to ask for Steve. He was a great help for my wife and I for multiple printing transactions.

Love this Staples everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ronny is great, amd the gent in Tec and copies.

They are always very helpful, and jobs have been done accurately and on time for me. I run to them all the time for last minute print jobs.
