CVS

Hire sales associates like Donna on Kempton St in New Bedford. She was one of the nicest and most patient people I have ever dealt with in any retail service. She saw me come up with my 5 carts of times and looked at me and told me that we will get through this together and not to stress. Before I could stress when other customers commented on my size of purchase, she graciously offered that I was there purchasing items for a good cause. The computer system however was not very cooperative, and we ended up having to delete the whole order and started from scratch which caused me some stress, but she was not bothered at all. She jumped right back into it with ease!

I LOVED my late evening shopping excursion last night/early morning at the CVS at Kempton St. in New Bedford, MA.! The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly even though it was SO LATE (and you'd think they'd want to be home!) I was incredibly surprised how knowledgeable every employee was about each and every question I had. Come to think of it, I was probably one of those annoying, "pain-in-the-butt" customers. Lol! 😆 Either way, they were lovely & friendly towards me. I was having such a fun shopping trip, untilbI looked down and noticed my dead celly. I was nervous because I had to call an Uber, and one of the young gentlemen even allowed me to use his charger; RIGHT THERE IN THE STORE!! Lastly, my Rewards Card/phone number was under my exes number - we were together for 16 yrs., so we shared one -but, now I have my OWN dang ExtraBucks Card! Yay! Thanks, CVS, for hiring such EXCELLENT customers service employees: (two gentlemen and a lady - I REALLY wish I could recall their names so I could givevthem a "shout out" on here, and so they may please get a raise😔 PLEASE!?)

I was desperate to help my friend a pair of hair clippers at about 3am and we came across Katie who was working so hard as a single mother working overnight to take care of her kids. She helped us pick out the the perfect clippers and was so kind and had a smile on her face along the way. I recommend anyone to come see her professionalism.

Pharmacy Technician - Christian Good person Very Helpful, Informative , Caring

18 years doing business at this location, and I could choose any pharmacy that I like but choose to use this one. I have never once had an issue, not once. So I figured I should share my experience since there is a lot of hate being dished out here. If it's too busy then why do these people keep using this location? Move on to another instead

This is the worst place to fill a prescription, staff tells you the prescription is ready at 2:00 pm, arrived at 5:00 pm and still not filled. Talked to the manager he tells me to come back in 30 more mins. What a joke this place is. Don’t come to this location go some place else!

08/21/2020 Revisited!
This store has changed so much over the past few months. They finally hired professional people and they are friendly, courteous, and welcoming. What a change from the past. As you can see from my past experience how disappointed I was back then from now. And I am a firm believer in viewing my option for others to read. And when a store makes changes like this location did they deserve a big pat on the back. Thanks CVS for listening.

I haven't been in 3 months loved they new organic foods that hu kitchen that never to get yet because have been to whole foods market but sadly to wait to next time so just water i just went yesterday and finally able to them one flavor of chocolate bar i didn't get to tried yet mint and and item i haven't chance to chocolate chunks and also crackers which others stores 50 cent cheap and also extra care pass bonus to use in closing thanks for these products cvs i appreciate it this favorite brand of mine

Always very well stocked and helpful staff.

Can't say anything about pharmacy, but the store people are really nice. No frustration shown for petty customer questions/support.

Staff is very friendly and very helpful!
