AT&T Store

The Crown Point AT & T store is the best I have ever been in. I never have to wait long for service, everybody has always been very helpful, friendly, polite. Whenever I have gone in to have something taken care of, they take care of it.
The young man, Sir Garcia, who took care of me on my last visit was fantastic. He was enthusiastic about his job, which I never see anymore, he was very helpful, explained everything. He did a terrific job!

Customer service exceeded expectations. Employees were welcoming and engaging. Adding another line was handled quickly. Great teamwork between employees. And Sir Garcia went above and beyond helping my mother through an issue with an app on her phone. She was very happy.

Seth, Zachary and Jayda helped me today and yesterday setting up my new iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPad Pro. I highly suggest seeing them for excellent service and an overall fun time at their store.

Awesome experience. The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the devices.

Greatest group of young adults ever; Monica, Trey, and Mariah. We interacted with all three in the course of ordering and setting up our new phones. Knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and took their time explaining everything. Highly recommend this store.

I came in to switch from Metro to AT&T, and to get a new phone! David made the process of switching companies and getting myself a new phone so seamless, and I got to keep my phone number! David was super helpful, and I highly recommend him to anyone that comes to this AT&T location. Thanks for all your help David, I’m loving my new phone!

Tony and Trey helped me out last week getting new phones for my wife and I. Tony is upbeat, really smart, and so so so patient and Trey was very smart and kind to my grand babies. Their teamwork was beautiful. I hope to see more young faces like them in more of your stores. Thank you AT&T and thank you Tony and Trey for being so patient with us.

Greeted as soon as I walked in, the staff was extremely helpful. Describing all the different features of the phones I was interested in, as well as the plans and deals that I could get.They had me setup with a new phone and accessories really quick. I was in and out in no time with no issues. Definitely happy with the service.

We went to two other AT&at stores before coming to the Crown Point store. This is the second time we have worked with them. One store wanted to charge me more each month and the other store wouldn’t even try to use the retiree discount. I felt that they just didn’t want to take the time to help. So we tried the Crown Point store and the young lady had no problem helping us. She took control and got us the right phone at the right price. I would highly recommend going to the CP store!

My phone was not letting me my emails. I called the 800 number and they couldn’t help me. I made an appointment with the Merrillville store and they gave it to someone ahead of me in the line. They didn’t even check to see if I was there. I waited a couple weeks because I thought about dropping ATT. I decided to give Crown Point a chance and I’m glad I did. I went in and the young man working tried to get my emails in. After several tries I asked if it was my phone. He said I did have a old phone. I upgraded my phone and he transferred all my apps to my new SE. I will definitely go back to Summit Street for all my phone questions. Well done!!😀

The staff were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a less than pleasant experience at another store in the area so we decided to come to the Crown Point location. We will be coming here for now on.

Very friendly and helpful. Large inventory with almost endless options. Needed a phone before I shipped overseas, and these guys helped a lot. Answered every question under the sun, even while I was being a smartass. Service was very quick. In and out in just over an hour to include browsing time. Can't really go wrong with this store. Just tell Ellie she can't have my dog and he better be at mom's when I get back.

Walked in wanting to upgrade and was helped immediately. Very friendly salesperson not sure of his name but he’s a taller gentleman. Made the process of upgrading simple and easy and worked with me through any issues that came up. Left very satisfied would recommend anyone who’s looking to upgrade to come here!

AT&T has always been wonderful. They are very nice & always trying to find a way to get us what we need at the prices we need. Planning on transferring everything to AT&T.

Rachael went above and beyond for me today. She definitely helped me find what I was looking for and very attentive to my needs. Zachary was also a joy to work with and was very patient when technology was working against him. Great job guys and thank you!

Wonderful service, we went in Friday, October 18th at 6:30pm. We checked Google and their hours said they closed at 8pm. We were looking to upgrade both of our phones, so we knew we would be there awhile. 7pm comes and we see the doors are locked and we asked if they are closed. They said yes their hours are wrong on Google. We apologized for coming right before closing. They were very pleasant, didn't try to rush us out, and answered all of our questions. They stayed there until 8pm working with us and not once did they seem annoyed with us. We will definitely be going back.

I absolutely recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new phone or plan. Karisa did a great job in helping me pick the best plan for my money and made the entire process go quickly. I'll definitely go back!

I had an outstanding customer service experience yesterday with Zachary and Rachel. I had been on the phone back and forth for a week with the AT&T Call Centers attempting to transfer billing and responsibility from another AT&T account to a current AT&T account. The Call Center Experience was horrific and I was disconnected multiple times, the representative would not transfer me to a manager after multiple requests , I was lied to by multiple call centers reps and the list goes on. After realizing that the transfer of billing was not going to go as stated multiple times by AT&T call center reps. We made the decision to drop the existing line from one account and add a new line and number to separate AT&T account.
We arrived at this location and Zachary and Rachel listened to us with empathy and sincere concern. Before walking in I was through with AT&T however Zach and Rachel's customer service skills changed my mind. Both Zach and Rachel exemplify in action what customer service is.
Both should win employee of the year.
