Wiers Chevrolet GMC

I was in the market for a bigger truck and I had been looking for about 3 months could not find anything around central Indianapolis that would not brake the bank. So I finally reach out to Wiers Chevy about a truck they had for sale. There sales manager Josh contacted me. He was very polite, kind and courteous . Answered all questions I had, sent me a bunch of pictures of the truck I inquired about . This went on for about 2 weeks for I work 10-12 hours a day so I couldn't always answer my phone or email. (that is on me). But Josh kept in contact with me. So I finally scheduled to go up and look at truck. When I got there, (I live 2 hours south from there.) they greeted me, already had truck warmed up, and sitting out front. I cannot for the love of me remember the lady's name that helped. (I'm very sorry for that your card is on my fridge at home.) She walked me around the truck showed me some features of the truck. then I took it down the road for a test drive. The truck was everything I wanted and drove great. When I got back we did paper work. Now I would recommend getting pre-qualified, for it makes the process a lot faster in the 30 yrs I have been buying vehicles. Now they go over everything, I traded in a truck also which was very easy with them. From The time I got there to the time I was rolling down the road in my new to me truck was maybe an hour to hour and half. This place is great, everyone I met was very nice, friendly, helping. The dealership is very clean, and the lay out is user friendly. I would highly defiantly recommend them. It is worth the drive. I dreaded the drive but it was worth it in the long run.

I can’t tell you enough good things about Wiers Chevrolet and Josh Tulaski! I had very specific features I wanted in my next truck and they had the ONLY truck in the country that met those conditions. Living in North Carolina, I was nervous about working with a dealership having never seen or driven the truck. Josh was extremely thorough in sending me photos and videos of the truck to make sure that I was aware of EVERYTHING on the truck. His transparency gave me confidence in putting down a deposit and then flying up to finalize the transaction. The dealership driver was professional and personable from the airport to the dealership. They took great care of me and I am absolutely THRILLED with my truck. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to buy another vehicle through them. Great job Josh and Wiers Chevrolet! I got my car a couple of years ago from here, but recently had to come in for work to be done. First, I didn’t even realize how good my warranty was. I only paid 127$ for 8000$ worth of work! Amazing! Every person I encounter at the dealership was pleasant and acknowledged me in someway, either a smile or hello or how can I help you. The customer service was exceptional. I appreciate the hard work of everyone that I encountered that day and thank you all so very much!

I bought a 2020 Denali Canyon last week. It was quick and easy. I got there at 930amand was home by 1230pm. This included about an hour test drive. Callie was my service rep and she did a pretty good job throughout the whole process. This is my second vehicle bought at Wiers. My first was back in 16 when I bought a 15 Chevy Impala.

Sabrina was very informative and did an awesome job working with my insurance company on the repair work order claim. The truck was repaired in a timely manner.

Such an awesome experience here. Bought an older vehicle in their economy class - they were very straight forward and the buying process so quick and easy. I applied online for credit, walked in, test drove, and signed papers all in 45 min. Have never had such a smooth car buying experience! Will be going back there in the future for sure!

Initially worked the deal for a 2022 Camaro SS with Jason Boone. All via text, quick phone call, email with pricing. Deal was done in about 3 hours via text. Great doing business with Wier.
