Target

We're just visiting from Seattle and we're on our way to Kentucky and stopped here for two very important things, coffee and Tylenol. :)
Getting distracted by everything that all Targets do to me, this trip was no different. We browsed around and got swim trunks, beach shoes, travel toothbrushes, and of course the very much needed Tylenol.
The staff was pretty chill and friendly.
It was a out 50/50 regarding people wearing masks so if thats important to you, you might be kinda out of luck, but they do offer free masks to people who shop there.
The store was clean. The people were friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the girlfriend found what she wanted. :)

I don’t frequent the Merrillville Target location much. I was in the area and went to return an item and when I walked in there was no wait line in the return section so it was quick and easy. I love that I was given the option to put the credit back in my card or on a GC. I chose the GC cause I was going to shop anyway so it was a win/win

I had to return an item and it was very easy and I didn't even have a receipt. This was credited back to my card I purchased it on.

Even though the check out lanes were surprisingly long today, the return line had two employees working hard at servicing customers.
Target seems to be trying to have more employee check out lanes open. Sadly it seems, self-check out lanes have created issues. Target, like other stores, do not have them all open.

I have been shopping at this Target for 10 years now. I have tried other locations and they may gave a larger selection but I can't spend 2 hours in there. This Target is perfect. Today I used a cashier register because of lots of cans of pet food. Danielle was very sweet and professional and the best cashier experience in a long time, although everyone is always kind.

Nice clean store.
Employees are extremely nice. Always willing to help no matter how busy they are.

Super easy pick up at store ordering. Loved the emails from Target letting me know when order was ready.

We arrived at this location 10 minutes before closing, due to a hectic schedule and some last-minute changes that required my wife to pick up a new outfit to wear to work in-person, instead of working from home.

Once the ten minutes ran out, the cashier was extra nice to us both. She even complimented us on how we were dressed.

At some businesses, you would have been treated like the lowest form of life, since the workers are ready to go home. And I get it, I know what it's like to be ready to leave at the end of a shift.

But instead of being angry, this woman was complimentary and helpful. I hope they give her a raise for going the extra mile.

Even though lines were long, self checkout was moving expeditiously..

The app & drive up service is great & convenient.

Always clean and a good experience. Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful! I don't think I've had a bad experience here. If I go for a curbside pickup around 4-7 there is a slight wait, but that's to be expected as it is their busiest time and the even give you a heads up of that in the app. Because of this I try to go at a different time and they are always very quick with my order. I want to thank all the staff for their helpfulness and hard work. Keep it up!

I sat in parking lot. Ordered my items and Target associates were very prompt in completing the order. Then at pick up I like that Target sends you an associate number to verify your identity. This IS TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am thoroughly satisfied.

I had a peaceful shopping experience. Sales associates and cashier was friendly and helpful. The sales were very good. I give this store an A++ if I had to grade it.

super easy and they had my order out in less that 2minutes from when i notified them that I had arrived. Girl had mask on and placed my items in my truck without any contact with me. Very satisfied

Had an issue with pricing on an item. Zach & Paul (managers) were an incredible help! I approached them with the question I had and they were both so friendly and professional. Explained the issue and without any issue they fixed the problem for us. Can’t say enough nice things about these guys. The retail world needs more professionals like this! Bravo!
