Kohl's

The extremely helpful young man who was manning the "in store pick up desk" in the afternoon of November 29 was so helpful and courteous in finding the girl's boots and items for my Christmas angels ( because I was not within the 2 hour window). He mentioned he had 2 of his own. I wish I got his name.
Also, the lady at the #3 checkout desk (which I don't think was normally a check out area but a desk for customer service?) Was so very patient and smiling when I couldn't make up my mind about opening a charge. I didn't see all the people in line behind me because no one was at first, but I am sure she did and still managed her smile! What a pleasant employee.
I hope you share these remarks with these employees as they are a credit to your store!!! I certainly would.

Kohl's Merrillville still has it. Plenty of merchandise to choose from. In stocks on jeans offered per weekend sale. Miss Kim at checkout extremely helpful. Thank you for the great service

Nicely remodeled store, It has escalators and an elevator. My only negative is that they removed all the registers by the South entrance meaning very long lines and it's not even the holidays yet.

The store is always clean. I love the rewards program and the Kohls cash.

Ariel in Sephora was so helpful & helped me pick out Mascara which was Rare Beauty and it’s amazing. She was so sweet and funny ! Definitely will be coming back to get more stuff!

Recently, I had received a package from Kohl's as my local store did not have product. Upon my dismay, the 16 piece set of dishes only had FOUR plates in the box. I took it into my local Kohls in Merrillville/Hobart, IN and worked with the GSR Michelle. She was super accommodating, dismayed as much as I was that someone had taken 12 of the pieces out and returned only 4 of the plates. She not only processed my return, but added a $10 inconvenience credit in order to purchase a new set.

Thank you, Michelle. It's not every day that you get to work with someone that understands frustrations and goes above and beyond to make it right.

I know I can find what I’m looking for there. The Kohl’s Cash is awesome.

Product was in stock store was tiddie clerks friendly. The checkout line was longer than normal.
