Once Upon a Child Crown Point

First time in this place and was amazed at the selection and prices, clearance prices of children's clothing. Plus, love taking in gently used items and being reimbursed for them. Definitely, will be back at this location.

Big shout to a manager of this location in Crown Point!When she saw where I came from she expedited my clothes I bought for sale. I cant say "thank you "enough for this kind of service! Comparing to other close by location of this store where Iam very hesitate to sell because of how employee treat you.I love how clean and organized this store is but the most importantly how nicely you are treated .

Grate place!!! Stuff is very clean and huge selection also cheaper then the scherrillville location. I got a nice rocking chair for only $35!

I've never had any issues here. Nice staff. Selling used things, of course you are not going to get paid what you paid for the item originally or very much bc it's used stuff. They're very helpful and items sold will get used by people who also need them for a more affordable price.

My favorite Once Upon a Child in the “region”. Always feel they give me a fair amount of money for the items I bring.
Everyone needs to understand they have TONS of clothes that get brought in daily, so they may not be able to purchase a lot of them due to it being out of the season they’re buying or they already have a lot of that size.

Employees at every nice and helpful!! They are honest and great when you're selling to them and helpful when you're buying from them. They always keep a nice clean and organized store, they have a great selection of toys and they have a lot of books! My only complaint is the prices, they sell a pair of pants size 3T for $6 when I could literally get it brand new for cheaper at Walmart or Target. Some stuff the prices are great, some are just not worth it.

The staff was very friendly and knew their store. The prices were great!!! Also the store was well organized and clean with a large selection of clothes. Lots of their clothing were in excellent shape. I have been to 3 Once Upon a Child stores and this one is by far the best. I give them an A+!!!

I am pregnant with my first, and wanted to check this store out to see if I could find some good deals. The store is HUGE, and I’m impressed with how well organized it is. There’s a large selection of clothes, and the prices were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful to a first timer. I will definitely come back to this location!

Excellent selection of all brands of resale children's clothing. The store associates are very friendly and the clothes is organized very well. If you are on a budget as I am as a single mother you will find this a necessary place to visit time to time. There are articles of clothing that are in new condition! You can take your clothing in for them to buy. However you won't get much for it.

We were greeted and complimented. Everything was clean and organized. Very satisfying to look at how the colors and sizes were sorted. 2nd time here and we'll definitely be back for some more flannels and Nike apparel. 👍

This is my favorite Once Upon a Child. The ladies are always friendly and helpful and I'm always able to find a bunch of clothes for my children. It's also nice to get electronic toys that work perfectly and not have to pay an arm and a leg for them. Great place to shop.

i’m not going to give a bad rating, the store itself is well kept an organized and always has great merchandise... but the employees have been rude to me every single time i’ve come here... never been greeted or even smiled at... i always get a cold shoulder... like they have to painfully recite whatever protocol requires them to say... yet i hear them happily greeting and talking to other customers. maybe it’s because i have tattoos and piercings? i just wish i was treated with the same kindness as everyone else. i am usually in tears by the time i leave the store because i can almost feel them looking down on me... i don’t think i’m going to this location any more...

The ladies are very professional. They answer as many questions as needed. Environment very clean. They paid me $40.00 for my son's old clothes. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! ❤

I had an awesome experience, lots and lots of quality items to choose from with great prices, I swear I just wanted to hand over all my money lol. I really like the punch card program too!

Excellent customer service. Has a great selection and variety of sizes and items. New set up since the renovation is easily navigated as well.

Such a clean and well organized store. Vast selection and much cleaner than the Scherrillville store. It is one of the larger stores as well which is probably a big contributor for that.

it was my first time there, employees were very helpful, prices are much lower then expected, very pleasant shopping experience!
