I would like to share as I walked into your Gilbert Macy's how wonderful it was to meet Ann Marie I came in to return a purse that was a gift to me and we struck up a conversation. I couldn't have been happier to have met her. Her smile, professionalism and kindness was something we don't see everyday anymore. We struck up a conversation as I told her I had just retired after twenty one and a half years, and the wonderful gifts my staff gave me. We were speaking about bosses and I explained what my job was and what a pleasure it was to supervise and manage the people that I had for so many years. We spoke for 10 or 15 minutes, and she brought up her boss Karen, she spoke about how wonderful she treats her staff, and that she was thankful for a boss like her. I told her that I was the type of boss that didn't just hear people I listened to what they had to say. She, Annemarie said that is how Karen is. I told her, I felt privileged to of had the job I did. And that the people that worked with and for me made me love my job. I told her that I loved them and they are worth so so much to me. Annemarie, said that is how she feels doing her job. And again stated Karen made that possible. I say. Awesome job to all.
Thank you Ann Marie you made my heart after our conversation.

OMG…Macy’s never ever disappoints! Black Friday deals were everywhere. But my main focus was to find some jeans for my new job. And find them I did at a great price! 2 pair of Lucky Brand jeans for a little over $100. The customer service lines were long but moved quickly and smoothly. The clerk was so friendly and in a great mood regardless of the hectic atmosphere and customers waiting in line to check out. I give Macy’s a full 5 star rating!

I love the fact that they continue to have makeup consultants in the store. I saw Gigi at the Clinque counter. She was very helpful in explaining the products and took careful consideration to my needs. I have not worn makeup for a while due to allergic reactions. however, Gigi was able to help me find the appropriate basic makeup that works for me.
She made the facial experience enjoyable and comfortable.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online with great discount. The size didn't fit, so I brought back to Macy's at this location. RAMI at the shoe's department was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in helping me to process return, re-order the right size, and keep the same sales prices. So grateful for him.

It was like all Macy's. There were some disheveled or vacant displays and some of the mannequins were part way through switching clothes but other than that it was the usual look.

I want to mention Kim at the Macys in Gilbert who went above and beyond to help my mom and I. We flagged her down because we needed help with buying some bedding items (sheets and a comforter). Then I needed help with some dress shirts. She showed us what they had & also gave valuable advice on how each fit. We really appreciate all of her help. Stores need more employees like Kim who care about helping people.

I love the Macy’s teen department here. It’s plentiful in the top brands and the service here helps women feel appreciated. I’m glad to see that Macy’s has a seasonal rotation at this store despite its size. So glad the staff here are always availabile to help.

Great store with excellent selections. Time the sales and keep your wallet fat. I tried on a huge variety of clothes and those hard working ladies cleaned my dressing room in a flash. Nice to see such dedicated people to service.

This Macy's is our first stop for the hard to find or special occasion items. You won't get a lot of help here but they're not in your face, bothering you while you shop either. They pretty much always have a solution to our clothing needs.

Photos are from a recent prom dress shopping trip. We were looking for something tasteful and reasonably priced since we are not streetwalkers and Macy's had several choices that would have been acceptable. We also found some inexpensive costume jewelry to go with the dress. They also have tons of cute shoes, but we didn't need any this time. Stop in, you won't be disappointed!

Today we went to Macy’s and met this worker named Andrea. She had a very nice personality and was sweet. She was also super helpful when it came to clothing and to any questions we had about them. We really appreciated her help.

Good inventory in all their departments. Nice clean well organized store. Friendly staff.

Robert men’s fragrance vendor was super helpful and knowledgeable

I don’t normally make reviews about department stores, however I’m so impressed with my experience that I had to share. I had some items to return without a receipt and the employee Denise took her time to find the items online. She went above and beyond for me and had a positive attitude the entire time. I kept waiting for her to be annoyed with me, but she was so kind and helpful. I don’t usually shop at Macys, but now I will because of amazing customer service. Thank you Denise for being marvelous!

Amazing place to shop in person or online...The staff is outgoing, polite, and very courteous...Some of the best deals throughout the year, but Christmas deals were amazing...Best Deals I ever can across at such a mid to high end shopping company...Most definitely will be shopping here more often during special engagements in my life and Holidays....They even have Curbside pickup..Fast n efficient..
