Mike and his crew treat their customers more like a family; listening to suggestions and concerns, and making purchases or changes based on input from us all. The prices and QUALITY can't be beat! This store continually provides great deals on frozen and non-perishable items. The savings are worth the trip. The prices are so reasonable that I try new foods. You should check this store out if you like to save money on groceries and snacks.

Very good prices! Wide variety! Very friendly service. They often post on their Facebook page so that's a good way to keep up with. As well, just opened up a website. Give them a try, may find something you like or find something you wasn't looking for. Definitely get money's worth!

If you really want to save money on your food this is the place to go. Many people say stay away because items are outdated, this is deceiving. The dating is past the sell by date buot the use by date. They also have a 200% money back guaranty if the item is bad. The foods are good and the prices are better. The owner is a great guy, very friendly and helpful. Many specials and different items always. The new store is nice and roomy and easy to get around. Go to Family Foods first then the larger main food stores for what you can't get there, your savings will show without having to cut coupons. Since my review was last posted and due to a certain incident happening I find it necessary to add to this review. Yes there there was an incident involving the owner Mike St Pierre at the Stae Capital, however he did publicly apologize for his actions as he can get rambunctious and excitablea at times

I love this store even more now that it's bigger. I've been a customer since it was called the Auction Store. What is Mike and Destiny and the rest of crew there treat you like part of the family they are nice people and they care for there customers. I guarantee you once you go there for the first time you will be a customer for life with there prices you can't go wrong. You want good cheap prices and brand name items this is the place for you. You will not regret it I promise you that but go see for yourself.

So happy this place is open again, loved the Family Discount while it was open, got us through when a giant bag of chicken is $10. Best for snacks and candy. Owner Mike is a super nice guy if a little intense, but it's a business

I LOVE this store, today they had twin lobster tails for $5, 2lb bags of shrimp for $6-8.....and a host of other goodies for stocking differs but those were my main reasons for going. Great job Mike and the Mrs., your hard work affords me an otherwise unaffordable meal...... You guys are AWESOME!

My family and I were faithful members of their previous incarnation "the auction store" and waited patiently as they transitioned to Family Foods Grocery Outlet. The wait was 100% worth our while. The spectacular deals and wide selection has followed them to their new location. They clearly put a lot of work into making the store more accessible and large enough to meet the needs of an even bigger community. First day back and I heard someone in the parking lot talking trash about dates and all I could do was shake my head. Please if you have concerns about best by dates or use by dates take a few minutes and do some online research. I can only estimate that shopping with these people has saved me a couple thousand dollars over the last several years. And i have not regretted my perchases even once. Do your self a favor and get in there!

Family foods Store formally the auction store is a great family run store. They want families to be able to eat great name brand foods at a great price. The store is great for snacks, meats, dairy, and at times household items. If you want to save this is the store to shop. Remember manufacturers put dates on items so many people throw away this is a way for them to make more money. Mike and Destiny buy these items because they are still good. Love this store and looking forward to going again.

It's impossible to love a store more than I love this one! Owners Mike and Destinie are the most kind-hearted people and they provide their loyal customers with some of the best deals you can find anywhere. A true success story!

I stumbled upon this store (almost literally lol) on the way to job lot and was beyond excited to see it was a discount grocery store. It was set up nicely and was so clean and organized. The 2 cashiers that were working were very nice and friendly. And the best part? The deals on so many great name brands. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

you can find some real goodies here at a great price I found my favorite potato chips that are usually almost $4 for 1.69

The store is immaculate , I always get the best deals and the products are in excellent condition unlike some discount grocers that sell damaged boxes or items missing . I have never bought anything here that I was dissatisfied with . This store is better than some of the bigger chains because they know the product they sell they personally try them before selling if they don’t like it or unhappy with the quality they don’t sell it. What people don’t realize is dates are a guide for consumers but if the items aren’t properly handled and proper temperatures Or stock rotated items will spoil before the guided dates. In today’s economy the government doesn’t allow caps on the fees necessity items such as utilities so the only place we can cut back is on what we spend on groceries and Family Foods has been a life saver we eat pretty healthy on a limited budget Thank you Mike and Destinie

The Auction Store by far has the best deals I've found in years. Quality products, clean & organized store, friendly & helpful owners. I travel from Portsmouth to shop & when I can't make it I give my friend my list. Love the store. I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't yet.

I love shopping at the Auction Store. The prices are unbeatable. The place is very clean and the service is so friendly and helpful. I always shop there before heading anywhere else. The Auction Store always has new items coming in every week. If you haven't already been,you're not saving money. The frozen food section is incredible. I get everything from snacks,frozen food, sunscreen and groceries just to name a few. It's definitely a must see. I find myself going there several times a week. I love saving money on quality items.
