Route 44 Toyota

Interesting story how I arrived here. I scheduled a visit with the Chevy dealership just down the street from Route 44 Toyota. After finding a "too good to be true" Tacoma for sale at that dealership, I made an appointment the first thing on Saturday morning to go see it. When I arrived, I was told it had sold the night before. It was a total click bait trap.

I then stopped into Route 44 and had a great buying experience. I forewarned the Sales Associate I was "red hot" after getting duped at the previous dealership. He listed to what I was looking for and what my budget was. We ended up finding exactly the truck and price point I was looking for. I was able to purchase a 2022 Tacoma with 13.5K miles. I absolutely love the truck as does everyone who has ridden in it. The only thing that could have been a little better was delivery of the truck, but I still highly recommend this dealership and would buy from them again.

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The sales person Veronica E. Was able to get me a great price on my trade in and then got me into a car that when I saw it, I knew it was waiting for me to own it. Best of all everything from start to finish was less than 2 hours. I got there after breakfast and done before lunch. It was amazing and then they took car to help me complete the RTA and inspection process. Everyone there was super helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

After deciding to move forward with purchasing a new vehicle, I was anxious to walk into a dealership and begin "the process". We had previously purchased a Toyota Tundra and Toyota Tacoma at Rt. 44 and I was looking for a Highlander so the logical step was to go back to Rt. 44. The experience from the minute I walked in the door to when I picked up my new vehicle 2 days ago was the most seamless and pleasant experience at a dealership I have ever had! I worked with Malcolm Perez (Sales and Leasing Consultant), Kris Lawrence (Sales Manager) and Bobby Ryan (Finance Manager). I was treated kindly, they met my pricing/financing threshold with minimal negotiating, and the car I wanted with all extras was located quickly. Malcom was exceptional! Customer service/Finance was by far the best. Thank you all for making my visit one which I will be sure share with others!

I brought my car into Raynham Toyota without an appointment on Friday 9/2/23 at roughly 3:40 PM due to what I believed was a thrum in the driveline. This was the end of day on a long holiday weekend. A sign in front of the service bay read "We are blessed with staff today. Limited amount, but we are open. ❤ ❤ ❤ Thank you for your patience." I entered and spoke with Tony and explained the issue to him. Tony told me he wasn't even sure they could look at it. I told him I would be happy to wait and weather they could look at it or not I would appreciate it as I didn't want the car blowing up on me over the weekend. These folks went WAY out of their way with a Very Limited Staff late in the day at the start of a holiday weekend. They not only looked at it but showed me what was wrong with it. I was Very Impressed and Highly Recommend them. If you are buying a vehicle or need service you will not go wrong at Toyota of Raynham.

Four years ago I went to this dealer, AB and Edgar Morales helped me to get a Toyota Tacoma 2016. Last week I decided to change it to a Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO 2023. It was the best Customer Service ever! Also ate all of his mint candies 🤭.

Expecting much, since cars inventory was low every place you went to. However, they had a car for me that was en route to the dealer. Rav4 2022. My sale consultant, Veronica E, provided me with all the necessary information I needed on my new lease and made the transition smooth and easy. She really is well informed on all the cars details. Is people like Veronica E that keep you coming back to the same place. I am well please with all the consultants at Route 44 Toyota but I favor Veronica for her excellent customer service and dedication to make things go smoothly and getting my car fast.

This is my second purchase at this dealership, I bought a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback. Roger and the finance managers really went out of their way to make sure I got approved, and I appreciate all they have done. Also thanks to the owner for making this happen and giving me a chance. As always, you guys are the best.

Wow! On a friday morning and I was out in less than an hour, that’s impressive. I was told it was busy, and will take about 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, but it’s understandable. I have never been in and out on an oil change. I arrived before my appointment time, sat in the waiting area, and less than an hour later I received a text that my service has been completed.
Very happy with the quick service, and professional staff. Will definitely be using them again for future services!

Fantastic experience all around! I shopped around at a lot of Toyota dealerships looking for a specific vehicle and many dealerships were not honest with their pricing. 44 was very honest, straightforward and easy to work with. Marlon was my salesperson and he's just a real genuine guy, great vibe and he's very knowledgeable. I look forward to continuing my business with this dealership and if you're interested in purchasing a car here, I do recommend calling and asking to work with Marlon!

Worked with Veronica on the purchase of a vehicle on the phone.
She was a JOY to work with, negotiated the price and terms, very professional she set everything up, gave her a deposit over the phone came in a couple days later drove the vehicle, signed the paperwork and picked it up a couple days later registered with a new sticker.
Knowledgeable and not pushy at all, I would highly recommend her for your next salesperson.

It was a great experience for us. We were replacing a 4Runner. The way the dealership treats their clients is incredible. The sales agent who worked with us was and still is very friendly, polite and really cared about our needs. Definitely will be returning here for my next car.

I've got my Rav4 from this place 2 days ago. My Sales Person, Veronica, is such a great instrument in making my whole purchase experience a success. From the start, she walked me through every detail of the process. While the car was still in transit she didn't fail to update me of its progress. She's quick in responding to my request. The added accessories that she ordered for me arrived just in time - I didn't have to come back to have the body moldings installed. She did all the electronic settings for me with my cellphone and all other minor details like adding some helpful Apps to it that I know she doesn't have to do. Doing some small extras goes a long, long way.

The Finance Manager, Gary - did excellent job as well. I believe he got me a good deal. I just wished the added accessories (mats) would have been rolled over without added cost 😃. That would make my whole purchase experience even greater. 😊 God bless you Guys🙏 .

I had the best car buying experience at Route 44 Toyota! The salesman I worked with, Roger was FANTASTIC from start to finish, in helping me find a car that I love and walking me through the whole process/ answering questions, etc. the finance team is great too! Same thing, I wasn’t rushed at all, made the experience enjoyable and answered every single question!

After an extremely poor experience with another dealer I called them to ask for help. They were extremely helpful and turned a bad situation into a great one. I appreciated their honesty and it was nice to be treated like a person instead of just a sale. Can’t thank Route 44 enough for all their help and I will certainly be back.
