John has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of buying my new car! He has been patient and respectful whenever I needed time to discuss things with my daughters and was unsure. He never pushed me to do something I wasn’t comfortable with and he made sure I got an amazing deal on a car. Our experience at Mastria Kia was exceptional. We had had a less than great car buying experience at another Mastria dealership, but Rich listened carefully to our issues and helped us trust that he really was concerned with rectifying the situation; he worked very hard to make the deal work for us to get us into a car we would be happy with.

Harlan was terrific. He took time to explore our vehicle needs and preferences and use cases, and worked hard to find us something that would work for us. He could not have been more helpful during the whole car buying process, getting back to us on our questions, and everything was done when and how we discussed it. He is certainly an asset to that dealership.

KIA HAS DISABLED KIA CONNECT IN MASSACHUSETTS. Wish I bought my Kia out of MA . Sadly I now realize much will not work without it. I wish I had realized just how many options are gutted by KIA as they fight against the RIGHT TO REPAIR LAW. I don't think I would understand until I tried to use dashboard options. 7 years of service disabled in MASSACHUSETTS destined cars by VIN so if you move Kia Connect is still gutted.
Mastria dealership is fine. I'm was happy with the process buying a Kia. Harland has been helpful and most importantly, no pressure. The dealership is clean and comfortable.

This was my first time buying a new car. I was nervous about doing so. I met with Tioni Martinez a she showed me the car I was asking about, ran thru all the options on it and the specs. I test drove the Forte LXS. I did look at other cars but the experience and care from Tioni plus the pricing help to make my decision to purchase the LXS. Being a first time car buyer, the process was a lot longer and more tedious than I expected. I did also have to wait 2-3 months for the car to arrive, but that was due to supply and demand. Jon Cabral and Carlos both made my car buying experience exceptional, however! Jon was very personable and easy to work with. He made choosing options and getting the paperwork done so much easier than I had expected. He kept excellent communication with me throughout the entire process, and I can’t thank him enough! Carlos in finance made signing paperwork and choosing insurance options seamless. I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of, and am so far, very happy with my experience!
