Purchased a used 2019 Chevy truck from Michael Riley, a product specialist. He made the process very easy, and it made my first experience financing a vehicle very smooth. Although I didn’t buy a Nissan, he has great knowledge of every Nissan on the lot! A charismatic and honest salesman, I will definitely be coming back in the future! Thanks again!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mastria Nissan and had a very positive experience. Keandro or "Key" and Maria were fantastic and very helpful. While I already knew what I wanted, Key answered all my questions, was very helpful, and most importantly, provided consistent follow up throughout the process. Communication is "Key" in any sales transaction and he kept me informed every step of the way while everything was being finalized.

Additionally, Maria was excellent when getting my finances in order. Most dealerships I've been to are always trying to push various warranties and other items that rack up your monthly payments. Maria was the opposite and I felt comfortable the entire time. This was a very pleasant experience and I walked away with a sharp new whip and a place I would recommend to my colleagues.

I have been with Nissan for many years and today's encounter did not disappoint. My sales rep, Key was excellent. He has a pleasant personality and provided all of the information for the vehicle I was interested in. The GM, Jerry was respectful and listened to what my needs were. To say I had a great experience here would be an understatement. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Keandro Nunes who made buying a new car an enjoyable experience for me. Very straightforward and honest guy. I ended up purchasing a 19 Silverado close towards the end of the day. Here we are at 5:50pm, I knew they closed at 6pm so I figured I would have to come back the next day to complete my purchase, not the case. Keandro asked if I wanted to drive the truck home today, me being in disbelief, wondered how we would wrap everything up in a matter of 10 mins. He then said, “we’re not leaving until we finish up your stuff, that’s what we do here”. I am very appreciative and grateful to have met a wonderful staff who stayed an extra 45mins late to make sure I left with my truck the same day! Even after leaving, Keandro was very professional and kept me updated with phones calls regarding my registration and inspection sticker. DID NOT HAVE TO CALL THEM ONCE! Everything handled very professionally and I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase and experience! This service team is professional but personable. They offer straight forward video reviews to see your vehicle, parts and repairs and a no-pressure advisement that has up front pricing. Mastria is clean, easy, and fast! My personal favorite touch is the convenience for longer maintenance visits I get a free rental. Which allows me and my wife to test newer cars and think about what we want to drive in the future! No one beats this place. 5 Stars.

This was the best experience I have had at a dealer in a while. My daughter leased a vehicle from Jimmy. At first, there wasn't any vehicles on the lot that she could afford, so we left. Jimmy followed up with us to let us know he would have a car that fit her needs and budget brought to the dealership in a few weeks. Well that day has come and she has a gorgeous Altima! Everyone we dealt with at this dealership was professional and very nice and went out of their way to help us get a payment under $300.
