Alex M was very helpful in finding practical solutions for my needs. I have two large dogs and needed more room (to accommodate two large crates), and I needed it to fit within my budget. Plus I lived long enough without heated seats and was glad I could get all of that with the CX-50. The purchasing process was simple. Alex also taught me some car features that I had no idea about (this is not my first Mazda). Doug also prepared me for how to deal with the inevitable insurance delay. All around great experience.

Jordan was so wonderful and made the buying process incredibly smooth and stress-free. I’ve been searching specifically for a Toyota Camry which is what brought me to Mazda, and when I first test drove the car there were still some minor cosmetic issues that needed to be taken care of. Jordan stayed in constant communication with me about what was done to the car and even asked my preference for the wheel color as they required refinishing. On my second visit to Mazda I was still hesitant to commit to the purchase because I wanted to explore my options, but I assured Jordan that I was very interested and hopeful the car wouldn’t be sold. That same night Jordan called me because there were other people interested in buying the car, but thankfully it was still available when I returned for the third time. I thoroughly appreciate his efforts and clear communication about the process once it came time to write the deal and sign paperwork. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and informative. Doug and Peter were fantastic too and contributed to a very smooth experience.
