Derek at the Raynham location was wonderful, knowledgeable and patient. Shopping can be very stressful for me, but he made my experience reassuring. He calming and friendly demeanor was great! He helped me find the perfect dresser to compliment my white bedroom furniture.

Fantastic experience. From the store to home delivery. We ordered a couch on Monday and it was delivered by Wednesday. They took away our old couch and set everything up too. While we paid extra for those, it still saved us more than $1k than another store we visited after all was said and done. We love our new couch.

There was plenty of sales people ready to help. All were friendly and greeted us with a smile. The quality of furniture is excellent and it was enjoyable to walk around and try to find the perfect chairs.

Our excellent and professional salesman, Derek took the time to listen to what we were interested in first and foremost. He asked questions to draw out more information as to help us narrow what we were looking for before showing us the best options for meeting our needs. After we made our choices he spent another hour over two visits to help us select fabric and coordinate pillow choices. What impressed me most about our salesperson was he let us guide the processes. In doing that he allowed us to close the deal without pressuring us at any time. This made for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

We purchased 2 dining room chairs. The sales rep was very helpful and very friendly. Delivery was on time and excellent. I was expecting to have to assemble the chairs but they came completely assembled. I would definitely buy fry Bernie & Phyl's again.

The best thing of all, was the fact that we weren't smothered the minute we walked in. The Sales folks didn't bother us until we reached out to them! REFRESHING!!! Their store is sparkling clean, the selection is great and everything is set up so nicely. I bought a very pricey centerpiece that was set up on a table by a designer. it was SO BEAUTIFUL, I had to have it. It's worth every penny. I'll have it forever.

Check out their Clearance area. I found an AWESOME recliner there. I have been looking for a long time and when I saw that one I said.....YEP, I want it. Plus the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend the Raynham store. Thanks Guys!

Always a great experience at Bernie and Phyls in Raynham! My Associate Mike was very helpful and patient while I was picking out living room furniture. They carry England brand which is my personal favorite for quality and price. Will definitely choose Bernie and Phyls for future purchases. 👍

Went into store a couple of weeks ago to look for a recliner and reclining sofa. Salesperson was very pleasant and helpful. A friend gave us a store credit, they worked with us to get it approved so we could use it. Went back a week later and bought what we wanted. No hassles.

I went there one day to see if they had an option to put my drinks like a mini bar type of thing, they did had a few so I took pictures to show them to my husband, two days after I went with my husband, AJ, the salesman asked if we needed help and BOOM the magic happened! We ended up buying a dining table with the other table to put the drinks plates an all that (don’t remember the name now) and a set of tables for my living room with a fireplace! GORGEOUS! AJ did an excellent job convincing my husband!! I give him 100 in customer service, it was great! He was very friendly! Overall great experience!

We purchased a reclining sofa and chair and purchased the protection plan. We ended up having to use the protection plan and the team was great from start to finish. The technician came out and decided the couch had to be replaced. The timeframe to receive a new one was quick since the replacement was in stock.

Delivery was great, on time, set up and removal of old mattress and box spring as promised. Arrival time and pre deliver contact very good as well. Great Job Bernie and Phyl's. Try the comfort later today ;>)

My husband and I have been shopping at the Raynham Bernie & Phyl's for over a decade. They have so many beautiful items to look at and the customer service is exceptional. We have purchased several pieces over the past year and our salesperson Dan has been wonderful to work with. He is honest, pleasant, and always helpful. Our favorite place to shop for furniture and they also have amazing artwork, accessories, lamps and more!
