Fry's

Customer service has always been very helpful. This morning I ordered a mobile order from Starbucks for myself and another person, then they told me they didn't want it. Starbucks could not refund my mobile order, so they sent me to customer service, which I didn't really think could solve my problem. She was able to give me a refund for the unwanted drink! Super awesome, as always.

Went there for a few things and got a lot. Bought mostly what was on sale. Great selection of lunch meats. I noticed that some items there are less of now. I was buying items that I had heard might be in short supply. It was correct. I did find the items, but the prices have gone up. Clean store, friendly staff, the check out lady shared a little to much (that Time of the month and needed new pants). I could have done without hearing that. But since I am an elderly woman I guess that she thought it was OK to share. Not really what I wanted to hear about in a grocery store.. She was nice other than that.

I really like this fry's location. The store is laid out well which makes it easy to find what you need. The cashiers and courtesy clerks are friendly and efficient. Plus, it's in the same plaza as my vape shop!

Ryan in produce is absolutely awesome. He glows with top-notch customer service. I definitely recommend this Fry's. Thank you for your help today, Ryan!

I want to give the good review for Stacy Stacy bagged a great deal of groceries for me and my wife and she bagged it so perfectly not to crush any bread or anything I'd never seen someone bag grocery so perfectly efficiently and fast I would always go to this location because of Stacy.

Well set up store since remodeling. Cashiers quick and efficient. Employees will to help and do needed tasks without complaints. Sushi good. Produce good and a variety.

I’ve been going here since 2004. They remodeled a few times, it just keeps getting better each time. I have low vision, it helps me that I know the store from memory, until they remodel again. Hehehe.

Love their self-serve kiosk! Funny the powerball is $999+ Million. Hope to win the BIG one from my favorite food and drug store!

Great store! Always clean when I am there and the produce is fresh.

Fry’s saved the day! I needed balloons and gift at lunch time for an employees last day. Initially I went to Party City, but after waiting 10 to check out in a line that hadn’t moved I had to leave empty handed. The selection at Fry’s was good and I got in and out under 3 minutes.

The produce department was absolutely beautiful, stocked and everything looked very fresh. The meat department looked just as great Though I seem to have a small problem, Friday is the day if you buy gift cards to get four times the amount of points for fuel. I spent around $133.00 and change $100.00 in gift cards and received 332 fuel points, instead of the 532. I'm told that I have to call to get that fixed. I will add that this is happened to me now the third time over the last two years and even when I am told my points will be adjusted, it must somehow fall through the cracks. 200 extra fuel points are a lot when saving money . Is there not an easier way that the store can fix this, instead of having to call corporate or whoever is supposed to take care of this. It seems like a big chore especially when it is advertised that you will receive on Fridays four times the amount.
Is there an easier or must I once again attempt to get fuel that are due to me?

Have to brag on the ladies working in the floral department of this store! Mickey was so kind and helpful over the phone as I ordered small centerpieces for a corporate event. I didn't catch the name of the person working when I picked up, but she was so kind and helpful as well. The flowers were fresh, beautiful and perfect to complete our guest tables. Even days later, there are flowers all over our office because I can't bring myself to get rid of them when they still look so great!

This store has the BEST employees!! I have been coming to this store for at least 7 years now. Austin ALWAYS says hello and asks about my family. He is professional and aware-he will notice and take care of things that many others might just walk by. I'll hire him myself if he ever leaves! And Mary Lou- always friendly, always knows what to do and how to help. Just great employees and the reason I don't shop anywhere else!

I picked up and online order this morning. The employee was friendly and very helpful. Also, when I got home, I saw this big in my car filled with coupon ads to scan and some free goodies? I didn't order these items, so I think they're free samples? Awesome! I'm a happy customer!

I’m writing a review on these whiny babies writing these complaints. David silva, you are a complete dweeb and a punk, and so are you BL. The reason customer service is where it is, is because people have to constantly deal with all you diseases to humanity.
Oh, and none of you are going elsewhere. We all know you still go there for convenience.

I swore never to come back to this frys. But on Christmas Eve I had to make a quick stop for turkey. Ive never had such an amazing deli experience. I will definitely be coming back Sam the gentlemen working self check out was so nice and friendly and hope my next experience is just as good because the store is next to my house.

Staff is friendly and genuinely seems to like their jobs. The butcher is very good and knows how to cut a steak.

We ordered a large sheet cake from the bakery here, for our daughter's baby shower. Marbled with raspberry filling and whipped frosting. This was by far the best store-bought cake I've ever had, and I've eaten a lot of cake in my 59 years. The whipped frosting was a full inch thick. I don't care for white frosting generally speaking, but this was light and delicious. The raspberry filling was fresh and tasty, and the chocolate part of the marbling was excellent. We will order from Fry's bakery again.

Clean store. All the aisles were well- stocked and I was able to find what I was looking for. When I went there, there was a person soliciting money in the parking lot but the manager was actively working on the situation. It is rare when you find a manager out in a parking lot ensuring guests are not harassed, so this Fry's earned a lot of respect in my book.
