Love this location!!! You park with no problem finding parking. Get in and get out. The ladies at the check out are Funny and Pleasant!! Great place. Purchased my boys suit jackets and they were all a perfect fit!!! I also purchased two dress shirts from the clearance section for $16 together. Found great deals while getting great clothes.

Really impressed with Penny’s new stock! They are stocking up for Christmas already and it’s looking good! Prices are great! Sales are great! I heard on the radio that there is a big sale this weekend too! 10/15/22😉

Great variety of good quality products for men, women, and children at reasonable prices. Right now they also have a lot of items on clearance offering very good prices. The employees were friendly and helpful. Their policies are customer friendly.

Standard JCP. Very nice lady at jewelry counter on black Friday, made sure everyone knew that you could only check out with her if buying jewelry.

Quiet, clean, with a large selection of clothes, jewelry, and a makeup store inside. Kind of like a mini Ulta

Got my Bare Minerals makeup at the New Sephora (did you hear me....SEPHORA ) with a smile and I used my bonus points and I got a discount! I love discounts AND I will never drive to Northlake Mall again for makeup! Loving It!❤

They had Plenty Inventory Throughout The Store. Also Nice that They have Men's/Boys Shoe Department is With the Men's and Boys Clothes. As The Women's/Girls is With There Apparel.
They Are Currently Having A Nice 40% Off Sale Across Much Of The Store. Also Store Was Not In Disarray.

Awesome.. customer service is great, quick lines. Dressing rooms near every department, last time I had an issue with my jc penny credit card, the employee took perfect care of it and was able to reimburse my money and put it in my card, and now you can get jewelry worth 127 dollars for only 25 bucks!! I will Def return and will continue to be a regular!

Received clothes for Christmas from here and needed to return some things and it was very easy and simple and the cashier was super nice and friendly. I was able to find the things I wanted from a clearance rack quickly and get checked out. Easiest and fastest shopping I've ever done in my life!!! Will definitely be back!

My mom and I frequently shop at this specific location. Every time we come the manager, Sara, is always on point so I had to ensure I completed this review today. Sara is very customer focused and you can tell she works hard to make sure her employees are as well. Today we walked in the store and no exaggeration at all.... EVERY employee we came in contact with spoke to us. They said Good morning. Hope you are having a great day! It was very refreshing. Makes the whole shopping experience really nice.

I have shopped at quite a few JCPenney Stores and the Concord, NC location several times. I must say the store is always organized, neat and clean. The customer service is always a pleasant experience at this location.

Very clean store where I can get a decent selection of Big and Tall clothes. Always remember to ask about any discounts they are running! Invariably they have discounts that can help keep the costs down.

David the hair stylist is absolutely amazing. He is great with styling, cut, and color. His personality and customer service are fantastic.
