Walgreens

I don't normally do the review thing...just looking up the phone number and insurance information...I go in there all the time to put money on my chime,,very polite.i use their pharmacy and I have insurance that doesn't cover with them but I just pay a few dollars more with goodrx and I've never had a problem....NOT ONE!!! My new plan now is I'm supposed to get prescriptions Free but I still stuck with them..... BECAUSE I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM EVER!!... They are very kind to me and maybe it's because I recipocate kindness back, something that's been lacking for way too long

Not sure about all the 1stars on here. Only problem I've ever had is when they txt me a delay on my rx. Which they do let me know the reason for the delay. Everytime they have gotten it fixed and I was able to pick up my rx. Cashiers on basic items I've bought are always attentive and nice. Asked staff on floor for assistance and always received help. Get greeted when I walk in the door, and always 'have a nice day' when I leave. My Walgreens to go to. Maybe it's because I don't get nasty and cop an attitude with the staff when they have questions for me before they can complete the transaction. Keep up the good work. 🙂

I was there early in the morning and everyone was so friendly and happy. This was so refreshing. It’s nice this Walgreens isn’t to far from me and I will drive slightly farther to go there in the future.

Pharmacy staff is super helpful, outgoing, and caring! The pharmacists really take the time to answer any questions and give recommendations when needed! Best pharmacy staff and great management!

This and most Wal Greens are joke !!!! Wish they would go out of business. Staff is a threat on human health . Impossible to get someone from the pharmacy dept to talk to as they just hang up the phone instead of answering it.

This iz the closest Walgreens to me. I have never had a problem finding things I need here. The staff iz always helpful and friendly.

Great service from Mary in the pharmacy. They're understaffed, but Mary goes the extra mile.

I thought it had gotten better. New staff, super friendly. Then right back downhill. First off in the years I've been with them, they say they have never gotten a fax from my doctor authorizing a medication. I have even sent this myself to the number given and they say they don't get it. I get messages saying scripts are ready, they are not. Physician office states they called in a med, Walgreens says the did not get it. Come to find out, Walgreens did not check the voicemail where scripts are left. Have tried to call twice and am placed on hold for 14 min the first time and about 10min the second time (I watched the timer on my phone). While I was there, there was a gentleman about to lose his head over the same issues. And Walgreens staff cannot answer any questions as to why.
