i love this one it’s close to my work and the workers there are so great. i only get disposables but when i hear them chat with other customers they’re very knowledgeable and can answer any question. never had a bad experience here minus a dud disposable once or twice but it’s not like it’s their fault.

I’m a frequent customer and I love this place! Josh and TJ are always welcoming and eager to help out. This place is my go-to and I highly recommend!

I recently visited this shop, and was quite delighted with the Customer Service and all around hospitality. Today, we don’t have many establishments that remember how to treat a person with kindness and respect. Here at this location of Red Star, I was blown away by the treatment they gave so effortlessly.

Love this location! The guys who work here are by far my favorite and I will wait until I am at work to grab what I need, instead of going to the location closer to home. They treat you like a friend popping in to say hey, they have really helpful information, and definitely know their products. Also, huge shout out because Red Star juice is superior to any others I have tried, I can't wait to burn through the bottle I had to get in Indiana so I can switch back.

This place is the BEST in town!!
Josh Rocks! Always recognizes me when I come in, makes me feel like I do matter..
But Every time you walk in no matter what you are greeted by someone whom is happy.
Or if they are busy they still a knowledge you to let you know that they see you, and they’ll be with you!
I drive further than I need to just to come to see Josh. He always makes my day.!!

I work all over Phoenix and stopped into a lot of Red Stars. This one by far has the best customer service. Employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. Store is always very clean and prices are hard to beat compared to any other vape store. Must try their brands of juices. They are fantastic!!

Just had to update, I was helped by a different employee and same awesome experience. I really need to start paying attention to names. Seems like everyone in this store is friendly and helpful. Still earning 5 stars

Red Star is the only place I’ll go. The Manager TJ, is very personable and knowledgeable regarding the products in the shop. His customer service is above and beyond. He remembers his customers and knows the regulars by name. He provides his customers with undivided attention and listens to them. I highly recommend Red Star Vape!

Josh was extremely helpful and a super nice guy! He was very welcoming to talk to. We even spoke about cars for a bit, and I'll even give him some cool points for owning a JZ!

I have nothing negative to say about red star. Every time I’ve ever gone I’ve been treated like a highly valued customer. This day I went in for a new salt nic mod. The guys there pulled out all the pods they recommended and explained the difference between them. So yoooo thanks for taking care he time to explain and help ya boy out with this new mod. I travel all over Arizona and stop in Red Star from Tuson to Phoenix and all in between. Josh here, is definitely great. Awesome customer service and a personal favorite. Can talk about cars forever. Great guy, I will definitely be back.
