I recently switched Pharmacy’s and had an issuer with my insurance for my son’s medication. Alex the Pharmacy Tech was very professional, pleasant and helpful! She even solved my problem with patience and great effort! She definitely is someone your team should value. She was also knowledgeable and explained the situation further. This is why I switched pharmacies, I could tell from my very first experience a month ago that these people really care!!

They always are polite, wonderful, helpful, and caring. I've been a customer since I was 5 years old, worked there for almost a year, even moved out of the area and still commute there to fill my prescriptions. They are a small group or wonderful people who go above and beyond at that store.

After being a CVS member for 30 plus years , I now go to Rite Aid. They are the nicest and friendliest group of workers that I have ever dealt with !!!! They always make their customers feel so important to them. The pharmacists , Mary and Michelle ,always go above and beyond !!!! I am so happy I found my home drugstore !!!!

Excellent, quick service. Called in a last minute prescription with a minor emergency and the staff made it happen in 10 minutes, just before close. Thank you.

The lady at the pharmacy in walked away from me as I was talking to her and all I wanted to know is how long it was going to take for me to get my med. She was a very rude. I won't be coming back ever again

Not happy with Rite aid. I had covid symptoms, made next available appointment which was 2.5 days later. Took test. I'm going on 10 days of waiting for results. At this point, its irrelevant cuz i haven't had any symptoms in 7 days. Thx for nothing. Got this email after 7 days of waiting
