This Dunham’s has overall great customer service, but I wanna shout out Kyle as he is a wonderful firearms salesman all around. Very professional, to the point, and well educated. Thank you for taking care of me Kyle!

Awesome store.
They actually had ammo in stock, which has been hard to find. Needed to pick some up towards my husbands birthday.
Price was fair. Not great. But the prices have been slowly coming back down.
Clean store. Very nice staff.

Very nice sporting store, I bought a Trail Camera, but they need a couple of electric carts for the handicap...my first visit there was an electric cart & I was impressed, but when I went back a couple days later they didn't have one. When I asked the sales person they said, "we never had any." One was sitting there as I came thru the door & "I had one & I was surprised!!!! I'm not crazy!

Lost my receipt for rebate went to store and the manager search through the transaction of which I told him date and time and he came through, great customer satisfaction!!!!

Very clean and organized. Staff was friendly on Black Friday.

Kyle behind the gun counter was very helpful and provided wonderful customer service. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. This store was well stocked and clean, well worth the drive.

Was looking for a particular item and didn't want the kind they had, but found the perfect birthday gift (a bowling ball) for my son! It was reasonably priced, and a couple of employees took a good amount of time to size it. It was even cheaper than we thought, too. Picked it up today, and went bowling to try it out, was a good fit, and a great time! Thanks Dunham's employees for making this Thanksgiving memorable!

Went in to purchase two kayaks without any knowledge of brands or types. Sean helped us out with everything we needed! He had answers to all our questions and made sure we got what we needed. We found two kayaks and paddles to go with them. Can't wait to use them!

I loved the setup and the quality of the roller blades I got was amazing! And guess what it was only $50.00! Other areas tried to make me pay over $100.00 for them but Dunham's didn't!

Mike, the general manager of the Chesterfeild, MI store is great! He was very helpful in all aspects of the store and helped us with everything we were looking for. Definitely will be shopping here, and with Mike again!

Excellent as usual it's my favorite sporting good store I was able to get three boxes of 9 mm ammo for $15 each.

Dunhams was ok but no 4 buck 12 gauge and I'm waiting for my 30 percent birthday coupon

New Baltimore store is the one to go to. Roseville sucks. Was in and out in 20 minutes with everything i needed for opening day. Roseville location i stood at gun counter for 30 minutes never saw an employee...except when leaving and saw the 2 of them gossiping at the register. Definately 23 and gratiot is worth the drive
