Tim Hortons

The drive thru moves really good and everyone is nice but the picture says it all. Croissants should not be cooked on a bagel setting. Plus you can see the burn before even wrapping either sandwich.

To the store manager, districts managers and corporate, EVERYONE should be trained there is NO amount of burn on the food that is acceptable to wrap and pass to a customer.

I was in so much need of a coffee and my son wanted a donut with chocolate and sprinkles. The young women serenity ( sorry if misspelled) said unfortunately we only have vanilla and strawberry at the moment. My son immediately started crying(3yrs) as he was looking forward to this after being so strong letting us pull a HUGE splinter from his foot. She took it upon herself and said I’m going to make this happen for you and go make one quick. His tears quickly turned into a smile and I just wanted to compliment how the smaller acts in life can make someone else’s day so good as she showed today. We were willing to pick something else for him but she insisted and the kindness she showed to make him happy was truly a perfect example that good people still exists! Although she didn’t have to make the donut…she wanted to. Thank you very much for going out of your way for our family today! your customer service, kindness, quick service and caring heart is what drives us to keep coming back to your location❤

Super kind here. The man who took my order was new but he was so courteous. I love this particular Tim Hortons the most.

Shaine is amazing, I called about coffee that we had got earlier in the day tasting old and she immediately made it right for us and threw in a doughnut. Awesome gal.

Went inside the order, was a line of 5 people before me,they were quick & the line moved fast,the service was great & everyone was very friendly..

Last week I ordered four dozen donuts, coffee and two sandwiches. Sarah was so friendly and efficient! My order was perfect! Taja, the manager was the exact same. It is obvious Taja was working right along side her employees. Everything appeared to be running smoothly and there was a wonderfully warm vibe inside. I will be back to this store in particular, to order out office meeting donuts and coffee!

My son 11yr. old son and I came in this morning right after he had blood work done.
He was very hungry! There was a smiling gentlemen behind the counter ready to help.
Our transaction went very quickly & the man was so friendly, it was refreshing.
As we were eating I had to use the restroom, but I didn't feel comfortable leaving my son alone at the table. He was still eating too.
I asked that nice employee if he could keep an eye on him as I went. He immediately gave me reassurance that he'd keep an eye on him.
That is not his job, I know! I was very grateful & when I got out I asked another employee his name. His name is David. Thank you David for being fast and friendly in this world of sourpuss people!

So, I love TH, first of all. Gr8 coffee, sandwiches, and more. I stop regularly for the ice latte! So, (and I should've known this), the gal kindly says, "just so you know"... and informs me how the lattes are made. I had gotten it wrong, and she was so kind to remind me of my error. When I got up to the window, it was the same young woman, im pretty sure she wasn't even 20. I thanked her for being so professional, cuz that doesn't happen much nowadays without a lot of huffing and eye rolling from the #under30 crowd. And so, we chatted while waiting for my lattes. Tattoos, nails, people in general- she was just a joy.
It's so easy to complain...I wish more people would let folks know when they're doing a good job. Thanks, Hailie! You made my day!
I hope the manager sees this and lets you know you are an excellent employee.☕☕☕

I'm not one to leave reviews about service, But this is due. Working with the general public is hard work. And one slight tone or attitude can throw off an entire shift and day for those working and rub off to customers. But the tone and attitude that Erin had this morning when taking my order for coffee to start my day this morning was awesome!! It was refreshing to hear someone who seemed to genuinely enjoy her job and seemed happy to be at work and that made me smile! Keep up the awesome job Erin!! Thanks for making my morning a little happier :)

This store has the nicest staff of any other Tim Horton’s I have ever been to. They are always friendly and willing to help you with special requests. I have several Tim Horton’s closer to my home, but travel a distance to go to this location. Thanks to all who work there.

Love this Tim Hortons go out of my way to go there!!! Second The Head Baker Debbie H. is Beautiful and Works her butt off and DESERVES a raise she needs to be making 11-12$/hr at least for how long she worked there and she works everyday! 7 days a week for 4 yrs! And she only makes 10/hr. That's crazy there is other 17 yr. Old girls making 10.50/hr. And just started there. The Boss needs to get on that like Now! She is a GREAT investment and I wouldn't want to lose her as a worker! She can run that place. All she has to do is learn the register! I only know this caz I am a close Customer? I can't say and the place is ran great but the Boss Needs to get on her Raise of at least 1$/ hr if not more or she is gonna leave and I know I don't want that and she can bake and do everything in the back with her eyes closed! Quicker faster better then any other worker. She deserves A huge Raise! But The Store is Ran Great and has great workers just pay attention to workers that been there for as long as her! And pay them accordingly! Love it clean and Ran like a Top!!!

Love my Tim Horton's!! Everytime I stop by this location, no matter if they are busy or slow, I get the same excellent service! Parking lot is always clean as well as the exterior!

I absolutely love their blueberry Tim bits, and the watermelon mint refresher.

Their coffee is a little too strong for me but it's a nice alternative to junk food their food is a little more fresh I haven't been going out for any burgers or when I'm working with my crew eating any fast food but I will go to Tim Hortons it's the one that they will go to

I didnt get the name of the gentleman working the drivethru today (8/27/17) But, outstanding customer service. Asked how are morning was going, asked if we had seen the ufc event last night, told us about it cause I missed some of it. Just a great employee to be able to generally talk to and have such enthusiasm to care about a complete strangers morning and strike conversation. I generally don't stop at Tim hortons. But, he has changed that.

Personnel is always great at this location Chesterfield township now cant say the same for Richmond! That manager is disruptive to our young minds working along side her!

Fastaff has always been kind and anytime I put extra caramel in my caramel Supreme they always make it the best thank you for not only being Pleasant but getting my orders straight to

Window Service line moved a little slowly. However the coffee and donuts were worth it. The price was very affordable.
