Shopped at Lowes today, SUN 11 Feb 2024. The store was well staffed with friendly, helpful associates. The lady in charge of Home Decor deserves special recognition for going out of her way to find the product I was looking for. Thank you. I left a happy, satisfied customer.

Cori, the manager in Appliances, is wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are reasonable, plenty of staff around the store to offer help. The store never feels"empty"- there's always a dynamic feel.

Terry F. was very helpful and spent time to help me find what I was looking for even though it was not his department. How refreshing to have an employee not tell me that it’s not his department and walk away. Great customer service Lowes!! I’ll definitely shop there again

Had a very frustrating experience with the delivery service. Had to go in a pick up a large order after the delivery was cancelled. I’m making this review 5 stars because of how Dave from cabinets overheard my frustration while I was on the phone and took it upon himself to help get the situation taken care of. Great guy, thanks Dave!

As a licensed contractor This is the best Lowe's in Metro Detroit. Paula on the contractor side is absolutely amazing and friendly. Super clean and always stocked.

Give her a raise! Another employee wasn't very helpful. When I ask him where do dehumidifiers were... He replied they're right in front of you can't you see them? Well I couldn't because they were down the aisle and on the right up on the shelf. Shortly after he came back through pushing a cart. I asked if I could have the cart and he said yes. But he didn't offer to take down the fairly heavy dehumifer for me.

I like the location, cleanliness, organization of this store. I also order online often and pickup there. Has what I need most times-

Great customer service and as you can see in the photo a couple parking spots reserved for Veterans that also says thank you for serving.
As a Veteran this says it all and made my day and they also registered me for a Veterans discount anytime I shop at Lowe's Home Improvement and I hope they extend this recognition to all first responders as well.

Tony and the whole garden department is absolutely wonderful! They are so helpful and a wealth of knowledge to someone who is knew to growing veggies / fruits! They tell me the truth about certain products and always answer any questions I have without judgement. I bring my Golden Retriever for socialization and exposure to people and they are always so loving to her! I’m appreciative of that, too!

Clean, organized, friendly staff, and the large selection of items for home and business.

The employees are very nice and extremely helpful. Out of all of these types of stores, such as Home Depot and Walmart, this is the best choice for house plants, which is why I come here first. They carry alocasias, monsteras, peperomia, string of hearts, waffle plants, tons of cactus and different pothos. The list goes on and the selection changes every time I go, so it is pretty exciting. I also really like coming here for paint because the girl who is assigned to that department is very knowledgeable, making my purchases much easier.

Ron, who is actually the kitchen designer for Lowe's, helped us pick out a new stove, a hood vent and a washer and dryer. It took a lot of his time-but he was very helpful and friendly! We were very happy with his help and advice.

Nancy S. In the paint department was the most helpful associate that I've ever encountered. I needed to get paint for my daughter's senior spot and she went above and beyond to help us to make sure that we got what we needed in the colors that we wanted even though they were almost completely sold out. 100% best customer service ever
