Ordering from the PetSmarrt website was a Wonderful 5 star online experience from the easy navigational site to great customer service. It was quick to place my order and go to my local location for pick-up. Start to finish was excellent!

My puppy and I did the puppy classes with Jamie. It was a fun way to bond with my fur baby and socialize her. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are more than happy to answer your questions and offer help.

The staff at this location was super nice and very helpful, I definitely will visit this location again just because of the employees at work there. Other than that it's your typical PetSmart and pet supply store. Because of the economy the prices are to be expected. But the store was very clean and again, customer service is everything to me.

Went to get a present for my birthday - I want to start caring for fish and aquariums - this store had a great selection of fish tanks, but NO stands for the tanks! You either had to purchase a tank/stand combo to get a stand, or purchase a stand that was WAY too big for the tank I wanted.
With that little detail aside, I purchased this starter aquarium set because I loved the shape of it and the decoration I wanted would fit in the middle perfectly! Everything went together great, and the fish are thriving! 🐟🐠

I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews but I thought it was amazing I bought a hamster about 2 years ago from there and she just died on Nov. 27, 2023. They actually know the age of the hamsters and that's a need when buying a hamster 🐹

If your puppy or dog needs training classes you need to see Jamie. She does an awesome job with all the digs and explains everything thoroughly!

The salon staff are friendly and treat my dog with great care. He looks good when he leaves too!

My dog does well going to the pet hotel. They always take care of her and give a good report card. The salon is great with her too.

Petsmart Gary's the hard to find food for animals for their digestive systems and for weight control.

Great selection for pets, don't bother going to Walmart when you can get everything in one stop at PetSmart! Got my son's hammy Sylvester and supplies and the girl working was very helpful. They also didn't laugh at us too hard when we brought him back because we thought he died after an hour (he's a really deep sleeper). Definitely will go back and recommend to others.

Love pet smart hotels for my pets, but I have to take them to urtica, even though I live 1 mile from here.
We need a pet hotel here in Chesterfield.

I loved my experience. I have an American Bully Pitbull, she’s my first dog and my baby girl. Having a place that has everything I could need or wanted for her is everything to me. Seeing that I’m able to get her trained and groomed there was the most exciting🥰

First time using there groomers. She did a fantastic job. Then I went to look for a new leash and another employee asked if she could help she suggested a few and got on the floor and put each one one him to see which one fit the best and also had me walk him to see how well he walked with it. All I can say is WOW!! I. Have never received such fantastic service in At least 25 years of not more.

Great was able to get all the live crickets and 🐛worms for my leopard gecko. Plus cat toys for Christmas🎄

I like Petsmart in general and this is a good location.
This was my first time using this location for grooming. I normally don't use Petsmart for grooming, but I liked the convenience and ease of making an appt in the app. I hadn't made an appt with the non-Petsmart groomer I've used in the past, and needed to get my mini Labradoodle groomed asap, so I decided to try out Petsmart. Hope did a great job on my dog, Jubie. We're only in MI in the summers. I will take Jubie there again if grooming is needed.
