I walked in and was immediately treated like a family member from Katie! I received wonderful service! I am definitely impressed with Katie and the rest of the staff on January 22nd in the morning! Thank you to the whole staff. I have been through a lot and your welcome helped me have a wonderful day.

I placed a curbside order. They were fast, polite and the food was fresh and delicious. I used the online app to order it, and it was perfect! Thank you! The flatbread pizza is yummy and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich was full of flavor. I have had at this location in the past and recommend their iced coffee, strawberry banana smoothie, the lemon cookie and both flavors of scones.

i dont know what’s wrong with those giving 1-3 stars??!!! i love this place with a passion. always so delicious that some items were all used up for the day (yes take it as a positive) even when that happens we always receive an amazing substitution + bakery item. the interior itself is so cozy and perfect.

Flatbread pizza surprisingly better than I thought it would be. I love getting the bagel bundles for the weekend mornings. The service here is always fantastic

The manager was super helpful when the Panera down the street claimed to be out of bagels when I placed an online order 2 days prior. She apologized even when it wasn't her store's mistake and made sure I got everything I needed and had it waiting for me to run in and out. Thank you for saving my morning!

I'll be ho b est here, I visited the Panera Bread location at 23/Gratiot as I met a friend there for lunch. The place rocked, not only was the meal great but it was prepared quickly. The girl behind the counter I think her name was Nikki, she was bright, smart, cheerful on top of everything. She came around physically sat down at our (and others) table chatted a minute brought samples of bakery items, and had the brightest smile, Thanks for coming, Come again, drive safe, have a nice day etc. Now where else can you get friendly service like that. I'd go back in a heartbeat

My wife and I went through the drive though one night and they were out of the bread that was used for my sandwich. Brianna was very helpful by offering other options and was very kind enough to explain what they were. She’s a great employee and hope to see her again!

There are many panera's that do not live up to expectations, but since istarted coming to this location several months ago, this location never fails to impress. The staff is polite, patient, professional, and understanding. My kids and I had lunch here today, and the young lady at the register was so conscious of her work, she asked if she could read the order back (she got it right, but still she double checked). The manager said we waited too long for our order and gave us a free cookie. Our wait was less than 10 minutes and by way of comparison, half the wait to our last visit to the Panera in Brighton.
Our food was fresh and delicious from here.
This location has earns my loyalty everyime come here. I look forward to my next visit here!

Good food great service what more could you want

Probably my favorite Panera location! The staff has always been friendly, never any issues with our orders. My only complaint is towards whoever the female manager is here. I’ve had the very uncomfortable lunch dining in while she was hosting a meeting with employees where she talked down to them so bad. I’ve recognized her and her voice and I can hear her yelling at them in the kitchen as well. Her employees are always so pleasant and so sweet in the drive thru that I always tip them. She needs to let up.

Stopped here on a road trip. Fast, efficient, and welcoming. The staff were great even though we walked in with 10 min until close! Thank you!

On Easter Sunday, I had lunch delivered to my parents house only to discover the order was missing a sandwich. I greatly appreciate Belle’s effort to made it right. She was friendly and kind and followed up with a text message to make sure everything was correct. I can’t thank her enough and also thank you to the worker who delivered the missing sandwich. You guys are awesome! Fantastic customer service!

I enjoy dining in but mostly drive thru & the best bagels!!!

Ordered from Panera website- scheduled for delivery- my order arrived to my door minus two key items. Manager Dallas unfortunately could not have the missing items delivered, but he did offer to credit my entire order to make it right. Leaving a good review because I find it rare and commendable nowadays that a company truly offer recompense for their error. Otherwise the food we received was good, we are big fans of Panera. This is our first issue, and they made it right. Can’t beat that.

Always amazing service and food/drink, but what motivated me to make a review was the changing table in the men's room. Thank you for this.

I'd love to give a shout out to Veronica and delivery person, Stacy and all the other workers at Café #600802 in Chesterfield, Michigan. It was inventory time at Cabela's and as administrator of my wonderful store, It's my responsibility to order food for my hard working people. I made a short notice order. Although they did not have enough bread to make all the sandwiches I needed, they were so patient and worked with me to complete my order with other awesome selections such as mac & cheese and various soup choices. All of which were delicious. Stacy delivered our order promptly at 9:45 am and she couldn't have been more friendly. By the way, they had our order for 95 people ready at 9:45 am.

I have been going here every morning to use my sip club membership and every morning it is SO nice to be greeted with the workers. Everyone is so warm and friendly.
