American Eagle Store

I am 38 weeks pregnant today and Becky the cashier was extremely kind and made me feel like a friend!

I originally purchased a pair of jeans here to be delivered to my house because they didn't carry my size in store. Turns out the employee accidentally forgot to push the delivery thru (or however it works, moral of the story I paid for jeans that I never received). Took my receipt back in and the person that helped me was super sweet, patient, and helpful. By this time the pair I wanted was sold out online but both she and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I got a pair I liked for the same sale price that I originally paid. An unfortunate situation turned into a great one thanks to the caring people at this location. Very happy!!

Today was by far one of the BEST customer service experiences I've had in years. The new store manager, Kyle, is AMAZING! I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I went in dreading the idea of shopping for jeans and Kyle made it completely painless. He spent close to an hour with me while I tried on an endless variety of jeans all the while offering honest criticism, which is exactly what I was looking for. Ladies, I'm telling you if you're in the search for jeans, go see Kyle. He is personable, honest and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.

I went in on Sunday and discovered the store now carries ALL SIZES in store that they offer online!! I want to applaud American eagle for doing this. I also was extremely happy with customer service. It was very busy that day but the employees went out of their way to look for stock that I was interested in, in the back, and frequently checked in with me to see if I needed additional help. I believe Jeff was the main person who helped me. He deserves a raise! I will definitely be a more frequent shopper at AE than I was before.

one of the best shopping experiences we have ever had. Courtney was enthusiastic, helpful and really took the customer service part of her job seriously! This is a lost art! Hang on to her!

The manager on today 5-16 was such a help to me! I can’t even say how much I appreciate her I had been dealing with customer service for last months trying to get rewards fixed and right accounts corrected no one else seem to care or help but she took time to help me and get it figured out!! Amazing customer service at this store!

Got my grandson 2 outfits for vacation.

They sell 1 of my favorite fitting jeans/jeggings/shorts. Being 5'2" & 105-110# it is extremely difficult finding jeans & shorts that actually fit. Most stores start out in sizes already too large. On the rare occasion a store does carry a small enough size, those are the 1st ones to sell out.
And I refuse to wear juniors jeans (odd size #'s - 3,5,7,etc) because they don't fit a woman's body properly where AE jeans are for the majority woman's (even size #'s - 2,4,6,etc including waist size).
There are 3 stores I purchase my jeans/jeggings/shorts & I think AE is my favorite!
Most of their other items in the store are directed to a much younger age bracket but I do occasionally find T-shirts, tanks, sweaters & blouses that are still age appropriate. And when I do, I REALLY like them & get a lot of use out of them!

I’ve always had an amazing experience at this location. The employees and managers always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Any other American Eagle I’ve been too doesn’t compare to this one either, I’ll only shop at this one.

Just fine. Typical teen clothing store. Buy 1 $50 item get another for half isn't really a sale...., But hey, the kid is happy! No overzeleous sales associate this time!
