AT&T Store

I had a horrible experience under the old management here but the new GM is amazing. He is great at problem solving, super understanding and seems like he genuinely cares about his store. AT&T almost lost me as a customer, but I won’t hold bad management against great management. He really turned my experience around and stayed in communication through the whole process -which was great!

Went for an issue with an international phone and went to this store. Hayley was awesome. She has great customer service and technical knowledge. We are so grateful we came here. Thank you for hiring an awesome person. Also want say thank you to Delizia for being professional and courteous.

The employee Chris truly rocks! AT&T also works with AARP for better deals. The best experience ever when buying a cell phone and plan!

Had a great experience at this store after being treated horribly by the manager at the Georgetown location.
Saul J. was beyond helpful and did everything he could to get me squared away. Very respectful and polite. Will only be doing business with this store and Saul moving forward.

Customer service was great and very helpful with a stressful situation I was having with my phone plan. I can’t remember the lady’s name but she was awesome with helping me while I had my 4 kids with me! Store is clean and great atmosphere!

The manager ,Saul J. who helped me out was very personable and resolved everything I came in for , 10/10 would definitely come back in to this location.

I had the best experience I have ever had. Saul was amazing. And I can't remember the other guys name but he was equally as amazing. I'll be coming back for all of my cell phone needs. The guys were also awesome at helping me with my 2 yr old daughter lol. They even turned on cartoons for her. She enjoyed the experience just as much im sure. Saul went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with a working phone. I would give 10 stars if I could. The experience was the best I have ever had walking into a store to get a new phone.

There were 2 gentleman working at the Taylor location, both were very polite, prompt, informative, & overall outstanding! I am very pleased w the customer service I received on 9/25. I didn't catch their names but I was in store a little after 5. Phenomenal professional on both employees

Chris has always been very helpful to us! We first met him at another location and recently went out of our way to the Taylor store to upgrade our phones. Once again, Chris was very helpful and made recommendations & plans that best suit our needs. It's worth the drive to go to Taylor to get taken care of properly.

The blonde girl helped me from the second I walked in to the second I left. This store was warm and friendly. The manager was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. I will always go to this store for help. Service is hands down the best in texas.
