I love this place. I only take cash in here with me. That way I can't over spend. I mean they have everything I want and more.

I drove for over an hour to this location because they were out of the products I needed in the locations in my area. Staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. They even ensured I received a discount on items I purchased and then retrieved them from the back room and loaded the heavy items in my truck. As a customer service professional for over 40 years I can attest to the fact that every staff member at this location provided me with world-class service. For me this was a rare experience and I Thank you.

The Taylor store is great small town Friendly, I was looking for a particular item one of the staff members walk me all the way to the item. Excellent customer service. On top of the fact my money was a little tight manager discount it for me just a little so I had enough. Overall excellent in my. Store was clean well-stocked couldn't have asked for a better experience

I visited this Harbor Freight location on March 14. Like most HF locations, this store was clean, easy to navigate, and had all my items in stock. The staff was friendly, and the store was easy to find in the shopping center.

Love harbor freight. This place is my toy store . Good quality tools and products with a solid warranty to back it up. Just got to save the receipt.i never had a real problem with their products and their generators are top rated.

I get that if you are a professional who uses their tools for their livelihood you may not be the target audience. However, this place puts specialty tools within reach of the average weekend hobbyist/handy person. Good selection and great prices. I have also personally found that you can find higher quality items if you shop carefully.

The tools at Harbor Freight or not always the highest quality, but you can't beat the price. I love the coupons, where you get free items with any purchase. We got a round press on light with LED bulbs for the bathroom. It has been fantastic. Best of all it was a freebie. The guys love going in browsing and picking up items.

I cannot recommend this location enough, I would give more stars if possible. I purchased a large tool chest and despite having a large trailer, it was still difficult to load due to how the pallet was oriented. The staff stayed late, were patient, and extremely kind despite the challenge. I will drive across town for future large item purchases just to work with the folks here again. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

Update Harbor Freight has discontinued freebie's and the 20-25% discount coupons! Not sure why because it was an incentive to shop there. Without the incentives I don't find there prices or products as attractive and is No longer one of my favorite places. I used to give them 5 stars however now no more than 3 as I usually shop elsewhere now....

Justin was very helpful with picking out a grinder. He gave me some good information on the brands they carry, which made my decision a lot easier. Karen was also very helpful. The staff was awesome!

Just had an amazing experience at this store. Ran into a problem with refunding of a gift card I had trashed. It was a difficult process dealing with corporate and making sure I was actually issued a refund. Brandi the manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, just earned a customer for life!

Man I can't tell you how many times I've been in this store and just blown an hour looking around. I rarely buy stuff here that costs more than two or three dollars, but... if you need a 20 volt cordless drill for 12 dollars or a mini bench lathe, or a $99 110v tig welder, head on down to Harbor Freight. some of their products all joking aside are really impressive for the price. Look up the purple sprayer... you would be amazed at how many people swear by this inexpensive well-made part.

Great customer service. I was asked by three different employees throughout the store as I was shopping and browsing. I had a question for each of them and they stopped what they were doing and showed me where the item was. There were several great buys, only if I had the money to get them all. Lol

Simple budget tools budget price surprisingly I bought a grinder for $12 put a diamond blade on it and cut marble with it I was amazed it cut as smooth as my $100 Makita I don't know how long it's going to last but it helped me finish a big job so I give much thanks to harbor freight to that fair prices I use them as backup tools I haven't had anything burnt out yet including Sanders and grinders

Everybody is always very helpful at this location and honestly, most of my tools from Harbor Freight have lasted just as long as the ones I've gotten from Home Depot and Lowes. While the selection is smaller, I usually find what I'm looking for and you can't beat the prices.

Store is alway clean and the people are helpful and seem to know the store very well. Good tools at affordable prices, as well as lots of other helpful items a person needs to do many types of work, and or gadgets for the whole house inside and out!

Personally Harbor Freight is a working mans with a budget paradise. They offer great tools with a great warranty at a affordable price. So if you are needing tools to complete a project for yourself or a client stop by and give them a try. Harbor Freight tools.
