Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

From the moment I walked into the store, twice in the last 2 weeks, I was greeted with a warm fuzzy welcome. The first time a young man asked what he could help me with and I showed him a color code from another paint company that he matched perfectly. The second time I was greeted by a female associate, I'm sorry I am not sure of her name, and she asked if I needed help. Actually in the past she has helped me before. She made a few suggestions and gave me great advice. Instead of the colors I picked out I noticed a display of your color for 2023 Redend when I placed it with the chip I had for my living room Biscuit, I knew instantly that was the color. I did ask if anybody else picked that color and she said, No. So I'm the first, and it came out just the way I wanted. I also observed the associate help 2 other ladies while taking care of me. Kudos to the whole team.

Staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Store is easy to navigate and pleasant. Parking is easy and readily available.

John was extremely helpful. This was our first time in this store and we will be coming back for all of our paint. Great customer service too!

The customer service is old school. You are greeted with a friendly hello, a very clean and organized store and the purchased products are delivered to you car.

All I can say is THANK YOU to the entire team!! You all are always consistent with your outstanding customer service!!

The employees at the Sherwin Williams store in Mount Kisco were very helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike the big box stores they were not miserable and were happy to help me with my selections and accessories I needed to paint the exterior of my home. I dealt with Bianca who was a pleasure and answered all my questions and steered me in the right direction. I would highly recommend this store....

Bianca was awesome. It was very busy when I went in and she was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. No customer was rushed. I had called a few times before I went to the store and Bianca took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what I needed when I asked my questions.

I drive past a few other places to get paint just to get it from Sherwin in Mt. Kisco. Kristen is awesome, always helps find the right products I need, and always remembers who I am. She has some of the best customer service skills that I have ever seen, anywhere!

Kristen and her team are extremely helpful & knowledgeable! German and Bianca were happy to help me choose the right colors for our new home & assist me to make sure I had all the proper items. German even helped me bring all the paint to my vehicle. I would happily recommend them to anyone I know looking for paint/supplies.

If you’re looking for paint in this tough environment, highly recommend this store. Staff is super helpful. They picked up the sample from my car, analyzed it while I waited and within 20 mins, had my paint of can. Customer service was exceptional.

I've driven past the Sherwin Williams store on Bedford Road (just past Boston Market) many times but never had a reason to go in there. Now I'm painting my kitchen, and when I finally went in the other day, I was pleased by how modern and bright the store is--totally dedicated to home painting projects and not an adjunct to a hardware store. The assistant manager was helpful and patient as I dithered over various gray colors, pulling out many chips and discussing the colors. Finally he mixed up a few sample pints for me for $6 ea (discounted from $7.99 that day). The samples are packaged in a neat plastic pourable jug with a handle and screw-on top. The mgr also told me about upcoming special sales and signed me up for some coupons. I recommend a stop in this store if you need paint samples or advice on a painting project.

The man I worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a paint store closer to my house that I usually go to but the people there are always rude and I feel uncomfortable asking questions. My visit to this store sealed the deal that I don't ever plan on going back to that other store.
