Long term Free People lover here. Found myself in a pinch today. I had left a newly purchased FP dress 5 hours away from my upcoming event. I called the Woodmere location to see if they had any in stock. Luckily, they did! They were willing to hold it for me as I made my way to the store. All staff working were super nice and they even lint rolled the dress to make sure it was ready for me to wear. Will definitely shop here again when I’m in the area.

I absolutely Love Free People clothing, The Free People store in Woodmere is excellent. I love having a store close by for shopping and for returning when I order online. I have been going to this Free People store for years. From the very start the people are always nice, helpful and welcoming. love it! love it! love it!.

I order a lot from Free People and if I have to return or exchange, it's nice to have a store close by. I've never had a bad experience in this store, the staff goes out of their way to help. I'll call and they'll order something for me to save shipping costs. It's a great store with great people!

Drove about a half hour to go to this store specifically. The first time I had been there , they forgot a security tag on one of my items which resulted in another trip. Not a huge deal. Things happen. But when I was in the store this weekend , I walked in and the two associates just stared at me and didn’t bother saying hello. I felt so unwelcome. It was raining really hard and I was just in lounge clothes. I asked one of the associates a question and she gave me the coldest answer like I was bothering her. I spent about two minutes more in the store and went to Nordstrom instead.
