AT&T Store

let me start off with saying how much i love this location, we have been coming here for years and we have left with nothing but clarity and smiles. Greedy assisted my family in the stores and i will say he’s greedy for the deals! we got a new phone and set it up in a pretty impressive amount of time. don’t afraid to come here the staff is so nice !

I feel so strongly about the kind, professional service I received at this AT&T store today that I am borrowing my brother’s Google account to post this review.

For four days I have spent an excessive amount of time with AT&T Customer Service, including a visit to a local store in New Mexico, in order to close an AT&T account. Willing to make one more attempt, this morning I walked into the Woodmere AT&T Store—a corporate store as opposed to a franchise. I was greeted by Sam, who patiently listened to my needs and what I had already done to solve my problem. She was knowledgeable, capable and suggested some other options. She also offered to discuss my situation with the store manager. In the afternoon I returned and met with Dominic, the store manager, who took care of the problem—something no one else was able to do. If caring, professional and personalized customer service is what you are looking for, this is the AT&T store for you. Sam and Dominic will restore your faith in people who truly want to help!

My sales rep, Greedy, was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions & went above & beyond in helping me transfer my iPhone data/apps and told me about the better, new internet service in my area (which I ordered). Dom was also professional and helpful in answering a couple of other questions. I would definitely go back to this store again for help and/or to buy Apple products! Best of all, there were plenty of sales reps working, so I didn't have to wait long to talk to someone.

Went to AT&T on Sunday October 29, 2023 because I needed assistance with both my voice mail and Google not working. An employee, Brandon, was outstanding! He helped me with both of my concerns and was very patient, kind and knowledgeable! He deserves recognition for his outstanding help he gives to customers!

I love doing business with AT&T. All of my questions, concerns were quickly addressed.The personnel were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. AT&T was well equipped and I had no waiting time. This visit was truly: my pleasure! 😊

My reasons for rating the Woodmere, Ohio AT&T store five stars is because a very professional, knowledgeable, well trained employee named Alan assisted me. Alan knew exactly how to accomplish what I needed. He helped me achieve my goal in a few minutes. In fact, while I waited, I watched each customer in the store receive the same professional and knowledgeable assistance from each employee staffed at this store. The managers must have implemented a better training plan or hiring process. Continue improving through each customer interaction. Stay excellent. 🔱

Will solved a problem that 2 different people at the advanced technical department failed to fix. If his boss sees this, give him a raise!

Alex and his team were truly helpful, and spent several hour helping troubleshoot an issue. I was very pleased with his support and dedication.

Me and my boyfriend worked with AT&T members Dominic and Samy, they were fantastic! not only were they polite and professional but they were informative as well. They made us aware of any current deals, answered any questions we had, let us know they were available if we ever needed them and just all around very helpful! they definitely made the experience more enjoyable, AT&T is lucky to have these two cool guys on there team!

Alvin is an amazing associate. He worked with me from beginning to end while clearing my account with a bankruptcy issue. He was polite. Nice. Never gave up. Thank you. He saved me as a customer since I had been trying for 2 weeks to get the new line added and the other store reps just would not listen. Thank you!
