Carhartt

Didn't even know they had Carhartt stores. Stumbled across this one and decided to check it out. Store was nice and the prices were fair with some awesome deals of 60% off.

Came in just to look around. Was assisted by Austin. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products and sizes. Made a small purchase while there, and will be returning because of Austin.

Friendly staff and great selection of my favorite products.

Had two shirts that were too big and close to a year old but never worn or washed. They're very understanding gave me a store credit for the two shirts.

WOW!!! If I could give 10 stars I would have for this review!!! My husband and I were greeted by Lauren as soon as we walked in the door. She was friendly, helpful, and boy did she know her stuff. She helped my husband with his selection of boots, work pants, knee pads and a belt. We drove after work from the east-side, but she totally made the long drive worth it. I promise you you won’t be disappointed when Lauren helps you, she is not pushy, her main goal was helping my husband find exactly what he needed!!! Thank you LAUREN,YOU ROCK!!!!!!

Great store staff knows there stuff

We went in there to exchange a coat I received as a gift. The sales floor representative, Lauren, was extremely nice. She was helpful in both size fitting, style choice, and looking what they had in the back stock room She was helpful with size fitting, style choice, and looking what they had in the back stock room The sweater and coat I picked up seems to be really high-quality and at a reasonable price! What a great place!

Wonderful shopping experience within this store. I was searching for the perfect birthday present for my husband. The employee, Emily was excellent in helping me from the moment I walked in the door until I left. She found what I was looking for in the sizes I needed even right after Christmas. There is nothing better than stopping into a store and being helped from start to finish.

The westlake store has an awesome group of workers. Austin was a huge help with getting my stuff ordered. Will return there again.

This is such a cool store! Love the quality of their products! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable! Great location too! I just wish they kept smaller sizes in stock!

We talked with Lauren, over the phone. She was patient and kind. She ordered our shirts right from the store. She saved us a trip to the store. If you are looking for old fashioned great customer service, you will find it at the Carhartt store in Westlake. Lauren is a great example of it.

It was my first time going to the Carhartt Store in Detroit. I could not have asked for a better experience. The store was very clean, the staff was amazing and very knowledgeable.
