I love Barnes and Noble so much! The employees are very friendly and helpful. It's one of my favorite places to be, whether it's to buy books or just to hang out at Starbucks. Speaking of, all of the Starbucks employees are so so kind and very good at making drinks! This strawberry refresher is just what I needed! 🙏

I visited this store on Friday. Katie, the senior bookseller and Manager on Duty was seriously the nicest person I’d run into all week. Her warm compassion on an extremely cold day really touched me.

Very fun store. The Manga section in particular is very in depth and comprehensive. The kids section is great and lots of cool things you wouldn't expect one of these stores to have. Definitely reccomend.

They didn't have Mark Levins book up front. But they had a great book about zelenskyy.

Honestly one of My favorite stops! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. They have a Starbucks cafe attached now so bonus for all the long stay readers. Has always been clean an tidy when I go. Top floor is always a favorite for my kiddos.

Great atmosphere. Love all the chairs for perusing books while waiting on others. Huge selection categorized in sections.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Barnes & Noble, and I must say, the changes they have made in the last few months are truly amazing. This iconic bookstore has always held a special place in my heart, but the improvements I witnessed during my recent visit left me thoroughly impressed.

First and foremost, the ambiance of the store was captivating. The layout was thoughtfully redesigned, creating a more inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The shelves were neatly organized, making it easy to navigate through the vast selection of books.

The staff members at this Barnes & Noble were exceptional. Their passion for literature and dedication to customer service were evident throughout my visit. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and eager to recommend new titles or assist with any inquiries. Their enthusiasm added a personal touch to the overall experience, making it even more enjoyable.

Going to Barnes and Noble is one of my favorite things to do. I love looking and checking out the new books. I love to talk to the employees to see what they are reading. They all have a great knowledge of books and give great suggestions. Within the last six months or so I have noticed a big difference in the selection of books that are being offered and the way that the store has them displayed . It makes seeing the current selection so much easier. I will continue to go back to favorite local bookstore.

Love it here. Very organized and clean. Dog friendly, and my pup knows to go up to anyone with a headset bc they probably have treats!

This was one of the largest and nicest book stores I've ever had the pleasure of shopping at. The vast selection can easily cause you to get lost for hours. The whole family left with something they were happy with.

Nice B&N right in the heart of Crocker Park. They have toys for my toddlers and coffee (starbucks) for me and my wife!

This Barnes & Noble is located in a great area. I love the split levels. Adds to its character. Upstairs is music, kids' games and toys, collectibles, and additional books. There is an escalator and an elevator so everyone can enjoy both levels.

It was my first time there and it was awesome. They didn't have the book I was looking for but the workers old me it could be ordered. The staff was nice

As an avid reader from Michigan and now living in Ohio, I’ve frequented several Barnes & Noble stores in both states. I have to say the Crocker Park location is my favorite one. Always have my desired books in stock, plenty of stuff to choose from, staff is polite and helpful, and overall my shopping experiences at B&N Crocker Park have been positive. Highly recommend this place without reservations.

I still get much satisfaction going to a bookstore to browse and pick out something that catches my interest. Glad B & N has been able to hang in there and keep their doors open. Unfortunately the coffee shop is gone and they no longer have CDs, but still a nice way to spend an hour. UPDATE - Cafe is still open. Sorry.
