I loved the customer service here! Also the store was very clean and organized. Overall, I would come here again for all my Under Armor gear as their selection is amazing!

Great selection,great customer service and easy returns. Returns are hassle free. I love the shoe selection and ease of shopping versus a crowded mall.

6/25/2023: I have come here twice already and both times I have been helped with great service. My last visit I was using a e-gift card claim through their insurance warranty they provided when I bought a fishing pole for my godson. Claim was quick and received e-gift card credit within a few minutes after finishing claim. I used the e-gift card to replace a new fishing rod. They didn't have the fishing rod that supposedly stated online that they had on stock, but employee Miguel was able to price match a similar fishing rod. I ended buying more stuff just because I felt like I was being taken care of. He also manages to refill the fishing reel with new string after purchasing it. This place is close by and I would recommend this store if you need any sporting good items....great service!. Please Like, Share and Follow for more #JaysTrueRatings. Good store just didn't find the cleats my son wanted

Ashley and Martin are very hard workers and gave the very best customer service. Wow........ this place is amazing. It has everything you need for the right price. I haven't seen a store like this since Academy. And this door is better than Academy. It is so clean in here and so nice. They have everything here anything you need that deals with sporting they have it. You cannot go wrong with this place. The staff here is so nice and helpful. I was buying a curl bar and they didn't have no more and the employee said let me go check in the back. I am so thankful he did because he found some more curl bars in the back. That really helped me and prevented me from making a blank trip. I recommend you come check out this place for your little league season.

Great variety of products for multiple sporting, and camping occasions.

The store was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, always available when we needed them. Very happy that they honor military with a discount (10%) and great prices overall anyway!

Great store they had the thinner sports socks I was looking for my son in tee-ball. Friendly associates and not busy when I went so very quick service. I called ahead of time to see if I should make the trip from Baytown for a bat and they were able to make sure it was in stock. FYI the store is next to Burlington so have the navigation to take you there, I'm glad I happened across it bc Google maps was trying to take me somewhere else 😅.

Always a good move. Good deals, good prices. Team sports is always fully stocked. The customer service isnt as good as it used to be when my wife worked there...but i have confidence that they'll pull it together under the proper leadership

Khalian was so helpful. I was looking for a Nike hoodie and she went out of her way and found me one in the back. Need more people like her. No one wants to help these days and she was super helpful and sweet. She deserves recognition.

It's was great! Joe was awesome in helping us find the right type of bait for fishing at Alexander Duessen Park for fresh water fish. Such a huge store with so many great things to choose from and a great area.

Wanted a comfortable pair of tennis shoes and found them, within a minute I received help from someone working the department. Friendly service, clean store, and a wide selection will keep me coming to this store.

Erick was extremely knowledgeable and informative with the shoes I wanted and similar brands/styles. He got me the shoes I needed, and i'm extremely happy with my purchase. Will be back.

The 5 stars goes to Lydia. Thanks for going above and beyond to help my sister with an Astros jersey. She could have stopped helping us when that location didn’t have what we wanted but she made sure to help us locate and purchase the jersey at another location.

Very well stocked. I called the store before going and the an actual person picked up and answered my questions! When I visited, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was looking for a T-ball bat for my 4 yr. old online and I saw a few bats that were great. So first I called Academy to see if they had it their location, but No One answered the phone. After a few more calls , Nothing. So then I called Dick'ssportinggoods, and Bam Alyssa answered the phone. She was so polite and helpful. I drove 20 min. out of my because of that. Academy is only 10 mins.away. This was actually my first time at this store! I think Dick'ssportinggoods has way better quality Customer service and selection in sporting goods!

I loved how I walked in I asked them were can i find the item I was looking for, they pointed me to the direction and I walked in and out and the cashier was friendly even signed me up for the points. It looks very nice and neat and organized.

I loved this place ,my wallet hated it tho 😅
