Just wow! I visited this Ross location yesterday and that pretty much summed up my experience. The store was immaculate and clean and extremely organised. The lanes was moving fast and the customer service was great. I’m an avid Ross shopper I’ve been to stores many times where items are all over the floor and the store is just a mess, so imagine my surprise when I walked in to the store and saw how well-kept it was. I loved it and I will be back!!

All of the associates were friendly and happy to help. Didn’t have to wait long in a line, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Honestly the cleanest and most organized Ross in Houston. The associates are knowledgeable about brands and what they carry and when. They are honest to tell you when their trucks come in and what they are expecting to receive. They have a good jewelry selection for everyone and good brands for watches. I was surprised to see all the furniture they carry. Parking is ample even on busy Saturdays. Great Job Ross!

This place is a good store to go to. The people are so nice and you can always find something to wear for an affordable price. I love the big selection and they also have good cologne here. When you don't know where to go come here and you will find something to wear. And it is true... At Ross Dress for Less

Love this store all the stuff that comes

Hate when I walk in to a Ross and can't find anything... That doesn't happen at this store. I never walk out empty handed.

The employees working there are very polite and they have plenty of items available for any ocasion,I have been in diffrent ROSS'S stores but this one is one of the best in the houston area

Surprisingly more organized than other Ross stores, less crowded, and always able to find something with a great price tag!

You really can dress for less here , if you take time to look around you actually do find some really great things at a cheaper price.
