I've been to many GNC's, but I would have to say that the Summerwood store is by far the best customer service experience that I've ever had! The Manager, Shawn, is more than just your everyday salesman out for a commission. He actually cares for his customers and goes above and beyond to help customers achieve their goals! He talked to me about my health and fitness goals and was able to recommend the perfect creatine and pre workout brands that work for me!

I Visited the GNC store in the Westlake Marketplace on 14243 E Sam Houston Pkwy location. This was my very first time ever visiting a GNC store and was undecided about going. Well to my surprise store was very clean & well organized. It was most certainly a great experience to both my son & myself. We had tons of questions, and the associate by the name of Shawn answered every single one of them. He was very kind, respectful, & most of all patient and knowledgeable of the products which that was a big plus! I highly recommend this store to anyone and i am so glad I visited this location, specially for having employee’s like Shawn. Thank you so much GNC.

I went into GNC today and found out there’s a new manager on board. And wow, he was very helpful! Shawn showed me about 5 different protein brands he thinks will be best for me. Not only did he show me the good expensive products but also products that fit in my budget right now and will still let me reach my goals. He was very nice and explained everything to me. And I really appreciate a good customer service visit. I’ll definitely be back to get more products from Shawn!

I went to the store today to buy my supplements and I was greeted by a nice guy named Shawn. One of the supplements wasn’t in stock and he reached out to another location to find the product and have it sent to this location. I told him I have not seen him at this store before and he told me he just moved to the Summerwood location a few days ago as the store manager. He showed some products related to fitness and he was very knowledgeable about the products. He is friendly and respectful while talking to you. I do really think that he as a manager will make sure that we as customers are taken care of. I had a great experience with Shawn today and I will continue going to this store for my supplement needs.

A simple visit turned into a great experience at this GNC. I previously had been wary of GNC staff because most are not helpful but Shawn was very knowledgeable and assisted in finding a better multivitamin that what I use to take. He also provided some valuable insight that led me to purchasing black seed to help improve with my health. We had a great discussion on health and during my visit he was very friendly and professional. Thanks Shawn!

THIS IS THE BEST GNC IVE EVER BEEN TO! 5 star customer service ! I went in and told Shawn that I’m about to start my weight loss journey to get back to my glory days and he pointed me out to all the supplements I’d need to achieve my goal! He also gave me a few workout tips and some advice on how to achieve my goals !! That’s what i call grade A customer service i would highly recommend this store and I’ll definitely be back soon!!

This location by far has over exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service!!! I had the best experience here than anywhere period!! Shawn was very knowledgeable, he listened shows that he truly cares about what you as a customer need and or want. Go and see him if you are really needing help with your health and fitness goals!!

My husband and I went in on Friday 6/1/18 and Shawn was extremely helpful. We had a wonderful experience. Shawn is very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Thanks again for all your help. We live in Crane Tx but will be visiting whenever we are down here.

Honestly the best GNC location you can go to , Shawn was genuinely trying to help me & my husband find the best products for our needs ! Love his customer service best person you can go to for help on fitness supplements thank you shawn if you read this your the best ! Products that i got i 100% recommend ! I got a pre workout shawn recommend & boy did i not stop running for 20 min straight but i love it so much got me pumping just the right amount for my body type will definitely be going back !

I was very pleased with my experience in shopping at the GNC Summerwood store. Shawn was very courteous, and I was very impressed that although they didn't have one of the items that I wanted, he was very helpful in making recommendations. Great customer service , I'll be back!!

Best location. Shaun is amazing and so knowledgeable about the products. He has a really welcoming energy and I’ll definitely be returning.

Millie was awesome, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Through trial and error I've tried different supplements off and on with little results. I told Millie what I'm trying to achieve and she nailed it. It's only been a week, I can see and feel the difference. Most definitely going back and looking to stack on what I'm already taking 😏
