CVS

This review is specifically about the efficiency of the pharmacy the three times my family have come. At other CVS pharmacies there are long lines and you may spend 30 minutes just sitting in the drive thru. NOT the case here. Came and went in less than 10 minutes all three times. Will update this review if that efficiency changes.

I'm a T1 Diabetic, and require frequent pharmacy visits. My time is extremely important to me, and I can't preach enough about how the service industry is dying.

With that being said, compared to every other CVS pharmacy I have gone to (regularly), this is by far, the quickest and most efficient. NOBODY that i've spoken to over the phone sounds like they hate their job, they are all friendly, or neutral - but just not with a terrible attitude.

CVS Pharmacies I do NOT recommend include EVERY one in Katy, the CVS on Tidwell in North East Houston, and the CVS on the North Loop near 290. I have frequented those and have had nothing but bad experiences which require great effort on my part to get in order.

Give this one a try if you've had to wait hours for medication before. In my experience, I can recommend this one in good conscience.

Thank Y’all for extra care service and Thomas very helpful when I arrived to assist me with transferring some prescriptions and information to get my booster. And I received my Booster by William without any problems as I waited for my shuttle time William made sure I was serviced by the pharmacy. A very calm and safe area while waiting a little while 🤗😊♥

Adrian was very courteous. Kind. And engaging. I saved soo much by using my coupons. I usually go to Walgreens. I barely use CVS. I get many emails to visit CVS so 3 times this year i visit and shop. Really impressed with the savings. Yes some or pricey but when u find a bargain. God Bless

I don’t know why people complain about the pharmacy.. I love this pharmacy! It’s the only one I go to because you’re quick to get your prescription compared to other pharmacies where they can take for hours!

Went to the store today and spoke with Terence he was so sweet and helpful. Great customer service.

I don't usually write reviews but when I walked in to buy crutches the girl at the front set her broom down and went and got them for me and even offered to put them together.

Very smart people working at this CVS the pharmacist is as knowledgeable as the doctors
