Delmar provides excellent customer service. Don't believe every bad review you read. These people are pleasant and working very hard at this location. I go here weekly.

I've always been extremely happy with the pharmacy and the technician's here. But, today I thought I had a problem with a recent transaction. I had a bank transaction that I was sure not mine. I owe the manager, Dean a huge apology for my attitude. Dean figured out the transaction was mine (the picture from security camera is pretty good proof!) The sad thing was that I was buying a box of wine😂 I mention the pharmacy but the employees up front are great too!

Everyone in the world can hop on here and talk about how the pharmacy is slow or how they closed down sometimes due to no coverage.
The whole nation is low on workers. Please do not blame the whole store for the head pharmacist getting sick and not being able to open up the pharmacy. That would be putting everyone that comes in at risk. They understand the urgency for certain medicines but were offering all patients options on how to acquire daily doses and refill at a nearby pharmacy. I give 5 stars to the employees that show up and deal with the pure disrespect over something out of their control!!!

Kelly just finished helping me in the photo shop here with several pictures I needed for a memorial service for my Aunt tomorrow and I could not be more pleased. She turned what would have been at least a two hour frustrating job for me into barely a 15 minute job with perfect results. THANK YOU KELLY!!!! And I don't want to forget to mention that she's the most pleasant person I've encountered all week 😀💖

The Pharmacist here is amazing! He spent over an hour on the phone for me to fix a serious problem while doing all of his other work and communicating with staff and customers at the same time!

I don’t understand the negative reviews about this pharmacy. This is the best pharmacy in Maricopa county! Everyone at the pharmacy is kind and courteous even though they are very busy. Miranda is an amazing young lady and is a wonderful pharmacy tech! If you have a problem with one of your medications, Miranda, will go out of her way to help you and solve your problem. I recently moved out of Mesa and I now reside in Gilbert but I still get my prescriptions filled here because the pharmacy is amazing! Thank you Miranda, and the whole pharmacy staff for doing a wonderful job! I will be a customer for as long as I live in the county because this pharmacy goes above and beyond to help their customers. This CVS has an excellent pharmacy staff!

I was very pleased with this location. It's easy to spot from the road and there was plenty of parking. Inside it's kept very clean and the aises were very neat.
I loved the selection of snacks and I also like how they had the two for a dollar mini candy so you could try new flavors at a low cost.
The person that had checkout was friendly and efficient and I was able to get in and out quickly.

I had an appointment today for covid-19 testing through the drive-thru. All though the wait was really long, Steve was super helpful and friendly during the whole process! Thank you for taking the time to explain everything and for keeping a positive attitude even after dealing with this pandemic for so long. You are my hero Steve.

Fantastic staff that's always super friendly and helpful! We had a debacle with another location closing easily and the staff here was warm, compassionate and spent time to find a location for us with the right vaccine. Definitely a great location and very clean!

I enjoy coming to you cvs the girls behind the registers are so nice. I love talking with Leslie. I would give her 10 points for being so helpful.
