Mat was great! He was very knowledgeable with all the furniture
and answered all of our questions. We went to several furniture stores over the weekend and ended up back at Ashley. Mat was never pushy trying to get a sale like the rest but there when we made our decision. I highly recommend Ashley and ask for Mat with one T to help you!

Great customer service from Cynthia who took the time out to help us pick out our furniture for our new home! I just want to say thank you Cynthia for being kind, patient, personable, funny to be around and simply just being yourself.

I also would like to thank Al for his great customer service also. Making sure that hubby and I were 100% happy with our purchase and the delivery service went smoothly with an item that was on backorder.

Mat was awesome! Let us shop on our own and periodically checked in on us, too. Loved how he was informative and with us for the shopping but not invasive either. This location is by far the best in the valley due to the amazing experience I received from Jenny. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and did not pressure me like other furniture stores would. I always dread shopping for furniture but Jenny made this experience the best one yet. I cannot recommend this Ashley location and Jenny enough. She deserves way more than 5 stars.

Jenny was a great seller! I walked in not really knowing what to buy and I came out with a whole new interior design for my empty room. She was great at making recommendations and curated ideas based on my furniture preferences. I would highly suggest shopping with her!

As a follow up, had a hiccup with my delivery and Becka at the service desk did an incredible job of getting everything squared away and back on track. The manager was able to make things right and I still highly recommend shopping here.

Bought a twin sofa sleeper from Louie. He explained everything about how much it would cost and colors and when I would get. Very knowledgeable salesman. When I get my new couch will definitely come see Louie.
